The walk through the gardens is about 30 minutes, but there's plenty of photo op areas so the walk through could take longer if you stop to take pictures around the gardens or visit with Santa. They also have a color-changing gumdrop garden which seemed to be really popular with all ages. The staff and volunteers are all really friendly and helpful. They have hot cocoa and other beverages available for purchase at the bar. I visited with friends and family for the first time this year and I'm sure we'll be back again to visit.

The ladies working the front desk when we visited were very kind and will answer any questions you have. I do prefer the Denver Botanic Garden over the Cheyenne, but the Denver one is not free vs this one is. They do have a large indoor event space I noticed too, when we were visiting someone was using it for a baby shower venue. I would not go out of my way to come here, but I think if you are looking for things to do while visiting Cheyenne might as well add it to the list!

I reached out to Flower Tribe Co. to order a surprise bouquet for my mom's 60th birthday…read more I grew up in Fort Collins and have always used the same florist. However, I decided that I wanted something a bit more modern and chose to order from Flower Tribe. I was excited to order one of four types of arrangement and let the florist put together something unique and special. A slight hiccup- I ordered the bouquet about a month in advance and it was delivered on the wrong day. I needed it delivered on 2/19, but it was delivered on 1/19 instead. I reached out about the mistake and Jodi immediately offered to send a second bouquet- free of charge- on the correct day. Fast forward a month and the second bouquet arrives right on time. The team reached out to schedule delivery to make sure the flowers weren't left out in the cold. I expected a small bouquet (the one I originally ordered and received was a huge, deluxe bouquet) and to my surprise, the second free bouquet was just as large and beautiful as the first. True to form, it was also uniquely made, with an entirely different spread of flowers. Both bouquets were absolutely gorgeous, with the first one lasting almost an entire month. My mom loved both, and I loved how communicative, friendly, and genuinely helpful the team was. I'll exclusively order flowers from them in the future, and can't recommend them enough.

My sis and I are in our twenties, and we had a blast, especially after dark when no one was around. Yeah, parks are for kids, but I feel like they're for adults, too.
