I called & Bianca was such a sweetheart & gave me a great price which I greatly appreciated, since most of the time shops try to take advantage of female drivers because it's assumed we're clueless about cars & average repair costs. Bianca was honest & upfront the entire time & extremely personable & friendly while I waited for her husband to work on my brakes & rotors. I feel so blessed for having found this shop, during what could have been a potentially dangerous & pricey situation. If you're from out of town or even just a local, this is the spot to hit up & have work on your car. If I didn't live 4 hours away, I'd be a regular. It's refreshing to find an honest & extremely helpful shop nowadays.

The truck wasn't in yet but should be there soon, so we decided to go there to wait. There was a truck in the driveway blocking the entire business so we hung on a side street until it left. It left and we went in to the office. We stood waiting. No one helped and the lady in the office didn't say anything. My husband asked and she said it's outside. The only thing done in the office is to pay. We spoke to Danny and found there were many trucks-one with the tires that were delivered and another one with the wheels. Our tire came in but the wheel did not. And it went from here any minute so we went next door for lunch while waiting for it to come in and so they could unload. I got a call saying the truck was 2 hours late. We didn't want to wait. He had a wheel but not the style of the rest of our wheels. It's a spare so we looked. It was used. But way cheaper so we agreed and they put the tire on and balanced it fast. Danny really knew his stuff about tires. He was great to work with and was very nice. We are a long way from large towns where tires & wheels are shipped so offers can be late. Very late. My suggestion is to call before you need it or if it's an emergency, pony up the extra dough for one in stock somewhere. I would go back to All Valley Tire & Wheel but not if it's needed immediately.

AAA could not take care of us but they referred us to these fine people in El Centro. We were desperate and they could have taken advantage of us. But they didn't. Their employee changed out the blown tire with one of our spares, put air in the other tires telling us the correct air pressure and charged $30!!!! Lupita ran the office and she was friendly and helpful and really calmed us old people down. I worried about using the bathroom in a male dominated tire warehouse but it was SPOTLESSLY clean!!!!! HOWEVER, if you rather have a shop and a mechanic you can ACTUALLY trust over "princess treatment" and "catering" then this is definitely a place to take your cars. When I've been forced to take my car to another shop for X reasons, it is never for that one thing that I get billed for. It's always a phone call telling me how my car need x,y and z and if I don't do it my car will be ruined and burst into flames When I go to PRO Auto I'm not hit with any surprises. I am advised of possible upcoming services it may need and usually am given a suggested time frame for repairs. The shop always looks busy and full and the owner, Guillermo, is always running around like a madman working on vehicles, making calls, negotiating, dealing with customers. He can easily be misunderstood for rude due to his voice and demeanor but in all actuality this man is a hard worker, honest and dependable. From my conversations with him through the years I know they take on a lot of big jobs but they do not neglect or reject customers regardless of how small the job is. For those of us that know the shop and the people, we understand that if you want an oil change, for example, leave your car as soon as it opens and that's that. Bigger jobs have required me to leave my car but I rather leave it and trust that they'll do it RIGHT. Like the shop sign says, "We guarantee fast service no matter how long it takes".
