I asked a local relative of mine if they could recommend me a shop, since I started having issues with my brakes during my 4-hour drive to Calexico, & this was the spot that was recommended to me. I called & Bianca was such a sweetheart & gave me a great price which I greatly appreciated, since most of the time shops try to take advantage of female drivers because it's assumed we're clueless about cars & average repair costs. Bianca was honest & upfront the entire time & extremely personable & friendly while I waited for her husband to work on my brakes & rotors. I feel so blessed for having found this shop, during what could have been a potentially dangerous & pricey situation. If you're from out of town or even just a local, this is the spot to hit up & have work on your car. If I didn't live 4 hours away, I'd be a regular. They were very helpful and we worked together to come up with the best scenario for my challenging situation. Really amazing service and super glad I found them! Bianca and her husband do amazing work! I went in just for an alignment, and with no pressure from them decided to apply for the NO CREDIT CHECK loan they offer through Acima to help with repairs. I was immediately approved for 1,000$ even though my credit is literally crap! THANK GOD I did that cause not 3 days later my car doesn't start and my battery is dying. I took it in thinking it was the alternator that needed changing and got 2 new tires as well on the 1,000$ credit. The same day my car is still dying meaning the battery was bad, the next day I come back my battery is replaced and instead of reapplying for credit again she TRUSTED me to pay 136$ for the new battery and 5 year warranty a few weeks later. THAT IS AMAZING SERVICE! Anyone with bad credit that needs repairs I highly suggest you go to her or ANYONE needing ANY work done. read more

I got a great deal on wheels. At the old Big O they wanted almost 400.oo more. Valley tire are good people they dont deserve a bad rap

went in for basic wheel alignment 200 dollars and 5 1/2 hours later they said i need brakes and struts . this is normally a 45 minute process i found out later, just 2 weeks prior my brakes had been replaced .my struts were checked at that time by triple a safety inspection and were good . after coming home and having a mechanic look at my car for second opinion we found that my struts had been hit with chisel and . my brakes had been tampered with this shady business needs to close its doors or at least put shady in its ads ill never go there again and will never recommend this place the people were not pros at all she was more worried about what was on tv read more

My husband had called ahead of time to order the tires and setup the appointment to have my tires changed. He specifically as for Kumho brand tires and had given the lady specific instructions for my arrival seeing as how I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to automobiles. When I arrived I had spoke to the elderly lady that runs that business and gave her my name and my husbands, she acknowledged that she spoke with my husband and had everything set up. Well, because she seemed very organized and explained what would be done to the vehicle, I believed I was in good hands. After, they installed the tires she billed me and I paid for the products and service. Only to find out that when I arrived home my husband had noticed that the wrong tires were installed onto the vehicle and not only that she had charged me the price for the kumho tires and gave me some very poor quality generic brand of tires. After, my husband spoke to her and she refused to exchange the tires. Anyone looking to buy from Valley Tires needs to stay away, she is very manipulative and deceitful. Also, she tries to play the concerned business woman by telling customers that they need to fix this and that from their vehicles and then offers to do it at a lower price but in reality they do not properly or even service the cars correctly. read more
