My experience: Urinating Frank blood and with pain at the end. Upon arrival I explained the symptoms, I was instructed to urinate into the specimen container. I couldn't believe that the urine was clear and no pain! This was so weird to me. I thought to myself that maybe I was passing a kidney stone. Dr. On duty there was no bacteria present and will send it to the lab for further examination. And would they call with the results. Two weeks went by, no word. I called and receptionist said it was negative for any bacteria. OK, I need to speak to the doctor as to what might have occurred as I did have frank blood, very painful upon urination. Receptionist said she would pass this along. Receptionist phoned me( not the Dr.) back and stated "the doctor said there was no bacteria present" . I said, "Did you ask what could have caused it?" No reply, and I said, "well as a doctor, why wouldn't he mention that maybe it was a kidney stone". In my nursing experience, it is common sense to go over what could have caused this and talk about it directly with the doctor. This never happened and I was very disappointed. A Patient(customer)going in should ask lots of questions and make sure you are clear and follow up. Be your own advocate as no one else will be.

After 30 more minutes; they came in and asked if I wanted to see the ARNP (nurse practitioner). So ended up leaving just a few minutes before 2:00. First appointment with this doctor took an hour to be seen. Once I was finally seen; he acted annoyed and was rushing to get me out the door. Both visits I was scheduled for a procedure; both times had to schedule with a different doctor because he was taking vacation. First vacation was in March; second one was/is in April. I would rethink seeing this doctor. The only reason for the two stars is for a few nurses and the procedure went well.

After seeing six Cardiologist, three Endo's and two Nuero's he sent me for the proper testing. He immediately put me on HRT to protect my bones which could've been done by other doctors. This location on Cleveland is completely different from others. It's much more relaxed. The staff is much more friendlier and just it's a pleasure to walk in there and see everybody. The bad news he's going to be retiring next year, but I'm sure Angel and the staff will put me in good hands. But overall, I would definitely recommend this location. They respond quickly when you have a question, if you need a prescription it's done immediately. There is no 3-4 day wait time to get information.

I had never been examined by a male doctor so I was a little nervous but Dr Martin Ebenger was great . He was professional and provided a diagnosis and prescription and the prompt help and attention was very appreciated. The front desk staff and nurses were cordial and helpful.
