Schroder & Strom is absolutely a fantastic company and I am so happy to be working with them. I tried to do it myself and realized that I just don't want to. I also want to have a team that knows the "ins and outs" of what is happening and what expected resuls should be. They took over my application and got the job done!. Joseph is a great asset to this company and communications are clear and professional. There is tremondous value for the fee I paid them versus what they save me and their quality of work and follow up is superb. Another very important quaity of this company is not only their efficiency bu their participation in [charitable] community events. This type of participation shows their committment to our community and residents outside of the business enviorent. I was a little surprised to read Lisa C's review. This company is the worst, not ethical. They filed the application without our authorization, and forced us to sign the authorization. Avoid at all cost. We tried them once, they did nothing for us, completely waste our time, not mention they got our names wrong first. Scammer company. read more
