Here's something to leave to your deplorable legacy, Anne. Your site claims you're closing on December 31, 2025. Good riddance. Here's what I, most likely accidentally, received... but nonetheless received, from Betsy, my former therapist at this practice, when I requested my medical records from Anne as directed on their website: "Ugh, I was relieved when she fired me and here she is. I will review the record and see if a summary is better or not. I will let you know tomorrow. Working through until 8 today." I copy and pasted what Betsy had written about me to her. Then Betsy lied repeatedly in the emails that followed to me, claiming that wasn't about me. Of course it was. I had *just* requested my records. Anne likely added Betsy to the email chain, and Betsy was trash talking me. Betsy, you were "fired" because you didn't do your job. You kept pushing my sessions to every two weeks, ignored my concerns, and left me without care for three weeks when I was in harm's way. You couldn't be trusted to do what I hired you to do, and then you caused more harm with your unkindness when I requested my records, as required by the site. During sessions, you'd ask some questions where you clearly disliked my answers and judge me for them. I actually liked Betsy better than some therapists I've had, but she seems unavailable and uninterested in addressing my concerns. Again, I was in harm's way, Betsy clearly knew that and dismissed me for 3 weeks. My jaw dropped open when she did that. I didn't feel safe, due to an unsafe episode, and couldn't even trust my therpaist to do what was right. Anne, your response to another client on here is shameful. You tried to shame that client and disempower her in any way possible. That was someone who reached out to you for help, and ***because she left a bad review***, you chose to bizarrely dominate and disrespect her in any and every way possible. I'm glad your practice this closing. 2026 will be a fresh new year, one without another toxic therapy practice like this one existing. It looks like Leedy even tried to start a new Yelp page to distance themselves from their bad Carlisle review(s). Ya done! _____________________ REGARDING THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I'm going to reiterate that back to you, Anne: "I sincerely hope that you find what you were looking for in terms of your mental healthcare." What part of the following do you not understand? 1. You were malicious toward the previous reviewer in a way that seems, in my opinion, completely unprofessional and frankly unhinged. 2. Your overall unresponsive and dismissive therapist, Betsy, did not act appropriately when I clearly verbalized that I was in harm's way. 3. Betsy trash talked me as I requested my records, in the exact manner your own website instructs. Also, in a personal Yelp message, you criticized me for two long paragraphs, ironically about being "overly critical", and praised yourself. I blocked you.
