    I spent a week setting this account up for my company. Everything was good but then I tried to…read moredeposit a check by mobile. I called up nbkc and asked how do I do this. The only information given was " make sure you have a picture of the front and back of the check" simple enough right? I did just that I had a picture of the check and took a photo of that photo to deposit the check. I've done this several times at ither banks. They first wanted to mislead me and fight with me (first guy i spoke with wouldnt let me speak, and then blew up on me amd hung up the phone) saying they were closing my account because I work in the hemp industry. I explained what hemp was, that it was legal under the farm bill of 2018 and everything was good. But then they decided to close my account because I took a picture of a check off a screen because I didn't have the check infront of me amd needed to pay employees. No where on their website does it say this is not allowed and directions for mobile deposit are vague on the website with it saying "take a photo of the front and back of the check." Which I had done. After fighting with them on it they decided to screw up the time I have in my day forcing me to find another bank after I got everything set up all because I took a picture of a check for $300, not a $20,000 check, not even a $500 check. All for a $300 check after they were vague and said to take a picture of the front and back of the check. This company violated the following with their actions or lack there of; false advertising, fraudulent misrepresentation, and negligent misrepresentation from both the employee I spoke with as well as on their website. They have mastered the art of the high, digital, modern, online, and brick & mortar level of excellence while maintaining the beauty of the hometown banking feel, where they say your name when they answer the phone. I have a business account, and they have always treated me precisely the same; with respect, humanity, kindness, and professionalism, whether I had $1 in my account or tens of thousands.     Worst car buying experience. Noah was completely dishonest about the condition of the car (wouldn't…read morelet me take it to my own mechanic and only let me take it to the mechanic next door who must be his friend) and prior to me picking up the car, he promised to fix the air conditioning, oil leaks, rear shocks, etc. He told me he fixed those things, but he did not. He also agreed to take the car back 3 different times, and then after giving me the run around, refused. I took the car to 3 different mechanics, and there are well over 18K in needed repairs. The Kansas Dept of Revenue fined him for DEFRAUDING me. Unfortunately, that did not help me, and I am stuck with a horrendous car that I don't trust driving and can't afford the repairs. Here is what he was fined for. Ideal Auto (#3817) for K.S.A (5) knowingly defrauding any retail buyer to the buyer's damage $750.00 K.S.A (6) Negligently failing to perform any written agreement (No buyer's guide) $750.00. K.S.A (10) Willful misrepresentation, circumvention or concealment through subterfuge or device, of any material particulars or the nature thereof, required by law to be stated or furnished to the retail buyer with a total fine due of $2,250 on 07/17/2023.

    We purchased a vehicle with approximately 129,000 miles on it from Ideal Auto. This was the second…read morevehicle we had purchased from Noah, the first of which we had no issues with. Trusting him we did not have an inspection on the vehicle done as it appeared to be very clean for a 13 year old car. Within 3 weeks we noticed that the engine was leaking oil after the car had not been driven for approximately 48 hours. We took the car to Firestone where they told us it was leaking oil from the Front Timing Cover and the Valve Cover gaskets. I then contacted Noah asking if his limited warranty would help to address this issue as we were still within the 30-day/1000 miles the warranty covered. He told me no, it did not. It only covered the engine and transmission. How a major oil leak is not an engine issue, I'm unclear. He said he wanted to do what he could to make things right and asked me to contact him the following week so his mechanic could look at it, as the mechanic was out of town at the time. I spent a week trying to arrange a time to have Noah's mechanic look at the vehicle. Finally I took the vehicle to his location. Noah looked at it and agreed that it was leaking oil, and that he wanted to try and make me happy with a resolution. I asked if he could buy the car back, but his response was he didn't have the cash to do that. He did offer to trade the vehicle for another, but he had nothing that interested us. He also did offer to look for another vehicle he could trade, but that really did not interest us either. The final suggestion he had was to let them fix the vehicle (replace the valve cover, front cover and oil pan gaskets) for a fair price. I told him to determine what that cost would be and to let me know. Noah was unresponsive to my repeated requests for this estimate. Finally, I contacted the BBB regarding my complaint. Noah responded to that complaint with no real information saying only he was concerned that if he repaired the vehicle we would not pay him for the repair. Yet he never expressed this to us. I responded asking that he at least reimburse me for the 10% his warranty covered for the repairs I had done to repair the leaks. This would have been about $110 for him. He did not respond and the BBB closed the case as the business did not respond. My advice is to be very through in any vehicle you purchase from Ideal Auto and be warned that once you purchase the vehicle, Noah will not stand behind anything regarding it.

    Everything went flawless until day of pickup. The sale of…read morethe car was for my elderly parents, we were given a time frame between 2:00 and 5:00. The Employees show up at 1:00 (earlier) no phone call prior to let them know, luckily my niece was there to assist. Took pictures of the car, took pictures of the Title/Lien Release, Verified ID's, handed them a check and left. My niece had to run out to their truck as they did not have my Parents sign the Title (big mistake) Other than that, I would recommend Carvana, easy process, upload documents etc.

So I'll say I'm sorry to the Fayetteville location....they are FIVE STAR. Their delivery service was fantastic. Even when they had to deal with the problems the online purchase service (wherever that is located) caused, the representatives from the Fayetteville location were FANTASTIC. Also....let me state that this is the SIXTH car I have purchased from Carvana, and ALL of the FIRST FIVE were FIVE STAR experiences. It is only this particular experience with the 10 or so representatives I dealt with at the online order call center trying to work out the situation they caused that has resulted in this 2 star rating. Lastly...let me state that the main issue that caused all of the headaches with this transaction was an issue between Carvana and my lender: my lender stating they deal with Carvana all the time and "this is the process we've always followed" and Carvana stating "that's not our process" but until the car was being delivered at my doorstep, no one at Carvana wanted to contact my lender and work out the situation. And this is my main issue and the reason for this two star rating. Over 5 days I spoke with AT LEAST 10 representatives on the phone. Of those 10, only two understood what my lender told me to tell the Carvana representative and both of them said "yes, that is our process and your deal should go through the process just fine." Seven others either had no idea or stated that wasn't the process and they needed information on my payoff of my trade...even though my trade was paid off. And then there was that one representative that argued with me for over 40 minutes that the deal could absolutely not continue until I provided a payoff amount for my trade. I told him the trade was paid off and I uploaded not one, but TWO different letters from my lender indicating this was the case. I will use Carvana again, but I will work harder on my end to make sure everything is in order before the delivery date. Once again....the Fayettevile, AR location is FIVE STAR. The loss of three stars has ALL to do with the call center handling the transaction prior to delivery. As far as the car goes....I LOVE my new car. Overall every purchase from Carvana has always left me happy and I have never had the "buyers remorse" feeling.
