Its snowing today and I'm reminded of the big snow storm we had a few months ago. I was stuck on the old part of Erwin Rd. My car slid to the side and got stuck. Lee was the second company I called. The first company I contacted wanted to charge me twice as much. As terrible as the roads were that day, Lee the owner was there in less than 40 minutes. It was hard because the road was literally a thick sheet of ice and my tires were just spinning but he kept at it until he got me out. I watched several other cars get stuck as well while he was pulling me out of the snow. I asked if he could tow me back to my home on University Dr. because I didn't want to risk getting stuck on this secondary road again. He offered me a reasonable price and great company while he took me back home. Lee was very professional and his prices are fair so if you are ever stuck and don't want to be overcharged, go with Lee. He will take care of you. This morning I had the misfortune of almost driving my Yukon XL off a steep embankment. It was raining, and I was on a very narrow gravel road. Somehow, I drove off the right side of the road and wound up perched with my two right side tires hanging over the embankment (10 feet high) and the left tires barely touching the ground. The first tow truck from Lee Towing assessed the situation and determined that different equipment was needed to handle the job because it was very likely that the vehicle would flip and pull the truck with it. With one phone call, Mr. Lee himself came out with a HUGE tow truck - the kind used for tractor trailer rigs. Not only did he safely pull my vehicle back onto the road, he did so without any further damage. Exemplary service! Lee did us a solid favor - and he has no idea how huge it was to us. The company I work for just laid everyone off, and I was meeting up with a coworker for drinks. On her way to meet me, her car stalled right in the middle of the off ramp. I was only a few blocks away, so I rushed over to try to help. She was in tears - it's been a week - so I googled towing companies, and recognized Lee's Towing. Lee himself hopped into the little truck and rushed over to take her car over to Neal's Garage. After a relative backed into my ditch on Christmas Eve, I called Lee's towing to get the car out. He was there within 30 minutes and had the car out in a flash. Even after being called out on Christmas Eve, and missing whatever family/personal things he had going on, he refused any payment. Not only did he remove the car on a holiday, he called back on Christmas Day to follow up and make sure everyone (and the car) was ok. This man went out of his way to help and I cannot fully express my gratitude in words. I would highly recommend this service. Who needs AAA?!! My Daughter and i blew a tire and spare was flat on 40 @ 147. Lee's Towing did an amazing job! They came to check the battery of my car within minutes and when that didn't work they bought in a tow truck within minutes. When i got ready to pay the full amount they gave me back $20!! and made sure that my car was delivered as fast as possible. So, on the way out to pick up my pizza, a tow truck comes swerving around the corner, without stopping, and then floors it to pass a STOPPED school bus. I don't know if it was the two kids in the middle of the road that he almost ran over or the mad blowing of horns that stopped him finally but I recommend against using LEE's towing service, specifically truck #66 ever. read more

Very unhappy!!! Took forever to get there and then driver was flippant about the delay. " I can only get here as fast as I can". Moved at a snails pace and seemed to be new because he didn't do it right the first time. Then handed me paperwork without any instructions and got in truck. I felt like I was bothering him.
