Danny to the rescue! My family and I are from out of town and were just starting our 7+ hr drive home when we ran over a semi truck's shredded tire. Well I brought my 2004 Yamaha FJR 1300 saddlebag in for repair. The manufacture does not have the bag anymore due to the age of the motorcycle. I had a great experience working with Lee's Auto Body. Two hours into a road trip to Texas, I hit road debris and my car was rendered undrivable. By the time my car was towed to Lee's, I was questioning if I would need to cancel our trip right after it began. Kelly, the office manager at Lee's took care of me. She saved the trip for me and my kids. She reassured me she could handle most of the dealings with the insurance company, got me into a rental car and insisted I continue on. Throughout the time my car was at Lee's she gave me the best care I have ever received from an auto shop. She kept me informed, followed through on her promise of keeping things moving with the insurance companies and went the extra mile when it was needed. The repairs took much longer than I would have expected. I would have anticipated a turnaround in a week and ultimately it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Lee's helped me to understand the challenges they face in getting original parts. Although they are on the fringe of the metropolitan area, they are far enough out in the country that parts delivery poses a challenge. Consequently, piecing my car back together after the accident involved as much as a 2 day delay each time they discovered a new part they needed to replace. After pick up, I noticed a small rasping noise. I contacted Lee's the next morning. Danny, the manager, didn't hesitate to offer to have me visit a shop near home since I live a couple hours away from Lee's. The problem was a bent dust cover intermittently brushing the brake drum. Lee's covered the cost of the visit to the local shop no questions asked. In the end, the work done was excellent. The car looked as good as the day I bought it. It is running great. Although I will probably never have the opportunity to work with Lee's again, I am thankful for their help. read more

I brought my new Honda into Lee's Auto Body after getting a couple small scratches. I didn't want to go the full restore route because the scratches were quite superficial. Danny recommended using the Honda touch-up paint which I obtained. Danny said he would do it for $50 if I didn't want to tackle the job myself. After Danny completed the job, I asked him how much?
