I just left this company after being sent over by AAA. I got off the car, went into the office to speak with someone regarding the estimate and was not greeted y anyone except the secretary who was busy on a phone call. There were two other gentleman in the office who looked at me but did not greet me. The secretary fishished her call and asked me for my name, she then printed out an order and game it to a taller gentleman with white hair who was sitting on the middle desk. He grabbed the paperwork and met me outside. I started to tell him what was going on with my paint and he cut me off and said the issue was "wear and tear" and that AAA would not cover the claim with a smirk on his face. Again I tried to tell him the situation and again he smiled and said "I dont want to argue with you". At that point I smiled and laughed and said okay and left. He didnt bother to write up an estimate for AAA. I have been here before for another car and had a crappy experience with the staff in the office giving me an attitude for no reason. My husband took a car here as well to ask questions and received similar attitudes. They may do a de e t job but they really need to work on their customer service. Sad to say that I will never give them any business or refer any business to them. I went to a smaller business in town and the man was kind and respectful, listened to my story and will be writing up an estimate for AAA for me. He said he would have it ready for tomorrow. Wow, Class Acts has always provided quality work on our family's vehicles over the past 20 years: Honda, Mazda, Mini, Nissan, and our Audis(2x). Their standard of excellence is always apparent and Class Acts never, ever, compromises quality. Our 2019 Audi has various sensors and techno gadgets; where I initially felt slightly apprehensive on the new parts and moreover, the programming/calibrating of the newest software within the vehicle. Eric, my appointed advisor at Class Acts, has assisted me on our current and past Audi where he immediately informed on the day I dropped off the vehicle; that they will bring our vehicle to a partnered Audi dealership to calibrate the multiple sensors along with an alignment(4-wheels). You know the quality of service is evident when Class Acts has to drop off the car one day, and then pick it up on another. This means they initially have to drive an additional vehicle to drop of ours at the dealership and take an additional driver when picking up the vehicle. Class Acts didn't let a day go by where the car was simply "parked" at their clean facility. When I picked up our Audi during the Thanksgiving week, I carefully examined the paint as well as the body panels that were impacted by my little fender bender. The consistent mirror-finish in the paint was perfect and I lightly "thumped" the body panels with my fist for a quick check of any rattles or other abnormalities. Again, our vehicle was as if it came off the showroom floor; along with the beautiful detail when they detailed/cleaned our Audi. Do not leave your car with these guys! Unless you like having headaches. I've had to take my car back a few times and now that I've paid them they don't want to fix whats wrong with my car. There customer service sucks and if you do leave your car make a recording of everything that works. For instance I had front damage to my car. Got it back and a few days goes by and the wife notices the rear back up sensors are not working. Told these a$$ hats about it and they told me I need proof that they worked before dropping it off. I have been using Class Acts Auto body for the last 15 years for about 4 vehicles. My latest, 2017 Audi A6, was hit in the rear driver side quarter panel above the tire. Triple AAA took care of me as usual and each time I arrive to Class Acts, they always surpass my expectations. The office area is very clean with business-like furniture. Each customer has their own assigned advisor that keeps you updated on a daily basis, similar to a high end car dealership. My advisor, Erick U., was very patient with my questions in regards to my extremely OCD expectations. He is also very knowledgeable and meticulous with the details, as if he was taking care of his own vehicle. Erick also had the professional courtesy to provide me some touch up paint and buffed out a few other scratches that were not related to the accident. Take a look at the photo below and you will notice that the quarter panel is flawless, just as if I picked it up from the Audi dealer when I purchased the vehicle. The lines and the panel's edges were aligned perfectly which seamlessly transitioned to a perfect paint fade to match the nearby body panels(this was explained to me during the initial proposal). I highly recommend Class Acts and their name says it all in regards to the professionalism and service they dedicate to their clients, even with the amount of foot traffic and insurance agents they deal with on a constant basis. One star is too generous. Where do I start? I was informed to come here when my windshield and windshield wipers broke at a Fast5Xpress car wash. Since they have an account with Class Act, the car wash said it would make it easier for me so I wouldn't pay anything out of pocket. After being quoted $502 for just my windshield, I decided to go to someone else for the window. A day later, I actually went in and Eric helped me. I let him know what had happened and that my windshield wipers stopped working. He came out and took a quick look and we went back inside so he could look up on his computer possible causes. While taking about what was going on, another customer suggested it was a Jeep recall. I stated that my wipers worked right up until I went into the car wash and they insisted to look into the recalls and that is what is wrong with it so I left. I was a little discouraged because I wasn't taken serious and they were quick to brush me off. I decided to call around and Christian from J&S Collision in Calimesa, offered to take a look at my Jeep immediately. We found out it was the windshield motor and linkage that was the problem. I want to say a few days after, Jim from Class Act called me and it was just an unpleasant conversation. I felt like I could not get a word in about my situation and he would not listen! He was very uninformed and kept assuming that the car wash had already paid for my windshield and tint which they had not yet. He constantly kept speaking over me and he kept insisting it was a recall even though my wipers worked perfectly literally 3 minutes before I went through the car wash. Jim then said, "We're a collision shop and it sounds like you need an electrician." Once I finally got to talk without being interrupted, I told him I went to another shop and an actual mechanic was able to quickly diagnose the issue and I will be going with him. He said, "Well, he must be an electrician." There was no recall. The shop that fixed my Jeep is ALSO a collision / auto repair shop. I'm going to assume they just didn't want to take my car due to laziness. This place is a joke!!!! Took my car in on 4/24/19 and got it back today 5/7/19 for a small finder binder from what they said. There is chips in the paint from the accident as well as the head light a not set right and one side is sticking out and the others is flush with the body. The hood is bent up in the center and this is things I brought up to them when I took it. I was also reinsured by AAA this is the best shop and to go with this. So upset with this company and there lack of attention to detail. Now I have to take it to a different company to have there f**k up fixed the correct way. Great place to go fix your car. They left my car in great condition. Only thing that sucks is they don't keep there word. They told me my car will be ready in a week or a week in a half. My car wasn't ready. You need to call and insist about your car if not they won't call you and tell you about the process. My car stayed in the shop for almost 4 weeks. Plus on top of it they messed up on the part. Ordered the incorrect one. Be ready to have your car be there for longer than they tell you. read more

I found this shop on Yelp when my car kissed a wayward bucket on the 10 freeway. After communicating with the owner via Yelp, I went in for an estimate. I was greeted by Eric, as promised by the owner, early on a Saturday morning. He knew I was on my way to work and took a few moments to provide a quick estimate as well as inform me how he would be communicating with my observance company. This business is a preferred shop for AAA. As the cat was still drivable, I informed him that I wanted to schedule my service for a later date. He kept me informed as parts were ordered and arrived, and did all he could ensure minimum down time for he. When it was clear that a rental car was needed, he offered to connect me with my insurance company. I had to have my wife pick up the keys when the car was done because I was still at work. Eric helped me make special arrangements do my car would be parked outside for me to pick up. To top it all- he sent a thank you card a week later to let us know how much he appreciated our business.
