I needed my door adjusted on a 2015 Mustang , after going to another shop that wanted to replace hinges and do some painting and charge a hefty amount I decided to get a second estimate elsewhere. I knew the hinges were fine and did not need to be replaced so didn't trust that place. I went to Banda's and they agreed the hinges were fine and it was a straight forward fix. He was very honest about everything and told me upfront what was done. The fix was absolutely perfect, I dropped the car off at 7am and picked it up at 9am same day. VERY happy with the results and the price was reasonable, a lot less expensive than the other shop . Bumper doesnt align right under my headlights they glue down my bumper where the clips are so i cant remove my bumper now ..paint color doesnt match 100% and new scratch that i never had from them trying to remove panel for 4.7 thought they would do so much better than other collision places but i was wrong i rather go somewhere else next time. Banda"s used to be my go to place for paint and body repairs. Adams a great guy but I fear he's allowed his family to take more of a hand in the day to day running of his business. After using Banda's for about 15 years or so, we had to call it quits and start using another body repair shop. His daughters are taking care of the office and estimates. We couldn't even get the courtesy of return call backs or emails regarding a recent front end impact to my wife's car. That will now be 2 repairs Banda's has lost to another shop for poor communication or lack of follow up. That equates to about 15 grand in repairs on two separate vehicles that someone else got paid. And I really don't think they even care about losing customers. Sad! read more

I am so happy with this body shop!!! They're awesome! My husband used their services a few years ago when he was in a bad accident and was rear ended, they were really great! When my car was backed into in a parking lot, I immediately took my car to them. They wrote up a quote right away and were super nice, they even remembered my husband and his car(also the name, he has for his car, lol). My insurance company came up with the same quote. They said it would take 3 business days, they finished it in 2 days!!! They also washed it and cleaned the inside of my car! This is a small family owned business like my husband and I have. They work hard and are so kind and professional, hopefully...no more accidents, but my car might look good with a new paint job?!? Incompetent and Dishonest. My car needed major repairs and banda's simply could not handle it. I picked up the car and immediately got a check engine light, returned to them and the denied any responsibility, and refused to fix it. A reputable mechanic determined that the oil dip stick was missing. And since nobody had touched the car since bandas got it, it was obviously lost at their shop, but they still refuse to correct it. My car had to be returned again for multiple corrections, trim misaligned, seat belt not functioning. There was new damage to the roof which bandas also denied causing. To this day, some panel gaps are still uneven, and I am still finding broken plastic and screws in random places. Obviously, I am not returning there. But their dishonest report to the insurance is making it difficult to get these problems fixed. Bandas is probably fine for door dings on an old car, but they cannot be trusted with anything else. read more

I've been to Banda's twice - once when I was getting quotes for an accident (they were the cheapest rate!!) and once when a piece from the undercarriage of my car needed to be repaired. I knew the piece from the undercarriage just needed clips to pop it back in. Banda charged me $23 and did it right then and there (in and out in 10 minutes). The office staff was so nice and offered me water while I waited (they also have a coffee machine in their waiting room).
