Lee is always super helpful and incredibly quick to accommodate me; he consistently lets me drop off my car on my day off and somehow always has it ready the same day. His pricing is hands-down the best around, and the quality of his work is outstanding. He's extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing, even with more advanced, technical repairs. I drive a 2020 Mazda CX-30 that's had multiple mechanical issues, and the dealership was quoting me thousands of dollars for repairs. Lee took care of everything for a fraction of the price. One job included replacing the rear liftgate latch assembly, which required taking apart the entire interior of the trunk. Another repair involved replacing the AC compressor, which I've learned is a common issue with this model due to faulty clutches. I took my car in and got a quote for to replace some parts. I ended up going with the dealer this time because they're doing some other things like transmission fluid (that can't be done here) but Mr Lee is still providing the same great quality service. He fixed my bumper (in my last review 11 yrs ago I also apparently had a bumper issue? Haha) because the people who repaired my bumper left off a bolt. He put it back. No charge. read more

However, the technician who changed my oil caused damage to my oil drain bolt/threadings, usually i change my oil myself but since moving to San Diego I did not have the tools. I trusted Mr Lees shop because I was referred to him via a coworker and because how kind he is. However, after checking their work I noticed that my oil drain bolt threads are now damaged. Called in the early afternoon and Lee said bring the car down as I needed a diagnostic on my Lexus RX. He immediately diagnosed the problem indicated he had the original OEM part, I included a transmission oil change, and it was fixed within an hour or so. Upon picking up the car Lee said he noticed some damaged wires from mice and soldered and fixed them at no charge. He was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be coming back. read more

He said he would charge me minimum $800 to charge the Engine Oil Cooler Filter Housing Adapter to my 2015 vehicle. Luckily my friend told me to take it to Mike's Totally Auto Service in Spring Valley and I was charged a little over 1/3 of what Lee Auto was trying to charge me, with better customer service. Unbeatable prices, quick and honest service! I was in need of a pre-purchase inspection for a used car I was looking to buy a couple days before thanksgiving. Called up around 10 shops, most of them could not fit me in the same day. One shop asked me to leave the car for 6 hours and was gonna twice as much.
