Dr. Qais Janmohamed is absolutely INCREDIBLE I cannot thank him enough for helping me recover from a debilitating pain in my back that I had thought was chronic from years of injuries. Their website is not up to date, since it said $65 for an hour massage but it was actually $70. When I arrived for my appointment I filled out a pretty comprehensive health form. The receptionist was very nice and asked if I could pay first, because she was going to go for lunch. The office is very nice inside, there is tea and water, a TV to watch. There was a album of foster children that are sponsored by the clinic. Corrine came out and got me. We went over my form, she asked for a few more details, then she had me hop on the table. As a massage therapist myself, I have never been able to find a therapist that has truly helped me but also made me feel relaxed. Corrine did that! Her technique was very thorough. She has a lot of strength, but knows how to regulate it when needed. She has been a therapist for 12 years and it shows! She worked on everything I asked, but didn't over work anything. Dr. Kanji was very professional and started the appointment with an information session about Chiropractics and what his plan of attack would be. He did a scan of the nerves in my back and took X-rays so he could assess any underlying issues. Dr. Kanji also sets up an information appointment to go over all of the x-ray results in detail. He went over everything in my file and we looked at the x-rays together, which was really refreshing. I've been in for about 4 adjustments and I cannot believe the changes I've noticed. The tension in my neck and shoulders has reduced significantly and I'm also sleeping better at night. The office is extremely cozy and relaxing and I'm always greeted by name when I come in. There are also payment plan options available if you only have limited coverage through your benefits. I was impressed by the friendly, calming atmosphere, as well as the patience and knowledge of Dr. Kanji, who talked me through the personalized consultation. My flippancy soon dissipated as Dr. Kanji's evaluation procedures set off warning bells - confirmed by the x-ray that evening. I was diagnosed with stage 1 & 2 spinal subluxations and degeneration. Dr. Kanji pinpointed the root of longterm health issues I had come to accept such as chronic migrane and tension headaches and digestive problems. The doctors are nice gentlemen as well, but I'm not quite sure about their approach to business. On my first visit, They tried to "sell" me a care plan to try and make it cheaper for me, thing is, it will suck up your benefits within three months if you go on it. Which will leave you having to pay out-of-pocket for the rest of the year, at least with my plan that only covers $800/yr that being "special services" Chiro, Physio & massage all wrapped into one. The service is good, but when I'm getting charged $55 per visit, I'm hoping to have some sort of privacy and more than a five minute visit with one small crack coming from my back. The face-to-face customer service from the dr. Is a little hard pressed when your face is already into a bed before he even walks in. There's no real discussion before he starts adjusting you about how your back is doing. Your face is already in the bed. There's a stranger 5 feet away from you on another bed and you can hear everything about their life and their condition. Lack of privacy in a doctor's office is new to me and not really the way I like to do my personal doctor appointments. The doctor is nice but again more time I feel should be spent with the patient and in a much more private setting for confidentiality reasons.

I'll be forever grateful to Dr. Jerry (Smuszko) for the care and healing I've received from him…read more I suffered from severe headaches most of my life. At the age of 5 or 6, (before seatbelt laws) I was thrown around the backseat of a car in a side collision. I believe this became the root cause of several health issues although weather changes increased the intensity of my headaches.  In my late thirties I had (3) rear-end car accidents in less than (4) years) that caused back and neck whiplash injuries.  Fast forward 40 years ...the soft tissue damage healed but I struggled regularly with severe headaches.  As time went on these headaches grew into migraines that became insufferable and more frequent. Each occurrence kept me bedridden for 12 to 30 hours before subsiding. During migraine attacks the pain was so excruciating it caused a stabbing pain through and behind one eye, horrible nausea, and intolerance to the slightest peep of light.  Since I couldn't function, I slept for most of the migraine duration. Painkillers only took a slight edge off the pain even when it was taken at the very onset. The pain wouldn't subside until my stomach 'exploded' through vomit.  This agony was endured for the better part of 20 years with the frequency increasing every year.  It was during one of my migraine episodes that Dr. Jerry (Smuszko) popped onto my Facebook feed with a message of hope to migraine sufferers.  The call I made that day changed my life. It has been almost (3) years since I became one of Dr. Jerry 's patients.   Dr. Jerry's a MASTER in treating migraine trauma. From the onset of his treatment, I've been completely free from chronic migraines. One exception only.... during a fight with Covid 19.  To be healed has been beyond my wildest hopes or expectation!  Now my spinal health care has gone past curing the migraines.  It's reduced body inflammation, stomach issues and given me far more energy.  My current treatment is plan is 'maintenance mode' to keep my spine in order.  I feel healthier than ever...and I enjoy life far more than in my younger years.
