I got scammed through a different company…read morethat had a very similar name (if you see Jax's or Jaxs instead of this company - run fast) and I had a 10 month ordeal of having to find my chair and had to run to Georgia with a sheriff to get it which sounds insane, but I love my chair! Anyway, I reached out to them because they have great reviews and are a local business. Suzanne was so understanding over email and we arranged a time to bring the chair in. Keep in mind - the person who had my chair before took it completely apart and I felt like it may be a lost cause. I met with Bill and he was so nice and also seemed shocked about the state of the chair (I'll include pictures). We talked a little bit and I had some fabric leftover, but I was still unsure about what would happen. He was pretty confident and let me know that he would see what he could do. I left it in his hands and was kind of busy for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend had checked in and left his number with them. He surprised me with it a few weeks later and I was so shocked that it was already done and how beautifully it came out. I am absolutely in love with the results and it came out better than I imagined! I am so thankful for their kindness, customer service, and workmanship. I have had nothing but a problem with this business from the start!! First I dropped off a tonneau…read morecover on Thursday to be shortened and taken in on the sides. The guy comes out to my truck with a chalk pencil (no measuring tape, ruler, or any other types of tools) and marks down the side of the cover. I go to pick it up on Friday, and the cover was too short on the sides. Another guy comes out with a ruler and makes his marks and says it'll be done on Saturday, but I was going out of town and couldn't pick it up till Monday. I go in Monday to pick it up and the cover hadn't been touched all weekend. A totally different guy from the other two before hand says it would be done later on that day. He said that someone will call me when it's done. Later Monday, no call...Tuesday, no call...Wednesday morning, I finally get in touch with someone. I was told that he "believed" it was done, but Craig needed to talk to me and he wouldn't be there till later in the afternoon. I told him i was leaving in the morning and had to have my cover. ( I am only in town visiting family, which they were told from the start.) I told him if it was done i needed to come get it and if it wasn't done I would pick it up and take it somewhere else to have it done. He told me absolutely "NO", I couldn't come get it till Craig was there to talk to me. Today is Wednesday, and we'll see when I go to pick it up what happens. So under no circumstances would I take anything there to have it upholstered, sewed, fixed, or anything else. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!
