If there's a 1% chance the existing well can be repaired or fixed, WaterBoy Well, will surely find a way! We had already changed out the points box and the control box (not all well's have these) and still no water :-( so I started my Google search and came across "WaterBoy Well Repair" which I had not heard of but since the previous review was posted by someone I know, I knew they could figure it out. So when my husband started calling around for quotes, WaterBoy was the ONLY one (besides Tri-county irrigation) who actually took the time to talk to my husband and help troubleshoot over the phone. Then my husband had them come out the next day 7-20-18 and they were here for over 5 hours. It ended up being a collapsed well, which any other company would have told us to drill a new one, which would have been over $3,000 (that we don't have) so WaterBoy went ABOVE AND BEYOND by drilling down 20 more feet and hoping to flush out all the sand and sediment, after about 3 hours of flushing, Eureka!!! Fresh, sparkling clean water. Can't wait to refer everyone I know :-)
