I brought my dog to the canine Commons in Bluffton... the PUBLIC dog park. As I was walking in with my dog a trainer from perfect pet and the family she was with brought with their two dogs there for a training session. The trainer failed to acknowledge our presence at all and the presence of our dog. Meanwhile my dog was trying to say hello while we kept him on a leash to the two smaller dogs. All three dogs began to play around and run and have a good time. My dog ran up to the trainer to say hi and she tried put her knee into his chest while I was trying to grab him to stop running. I was very uncomfortable with this and I really wanted to call her out but I didn't want to make the couple that was with her feel uncomfortable for the rest of their training session that didn't start. I will never ever come to perfect pet again I will never use their services I was very uncomfortable with this experience! You should not touch my dog if he not being unruly. I understand you can put your hand up if he's jumping on you push him down I would do that to someone else this is dog too but putting your knee forcefully into someone else's dog you don't know is unacceptable especially from a trainer from a pet store that is local and secondly why are you doing training sessions a public dog park that doesn't make any sense to me. How can you expect to go to a local-public park for training sessions and not expect other pups to be there and interested in the dogs you are training?! She was blonde and very unpleasant. All she had to do was tell us what she was doing with the two dogs she brought and we would've come back later. Unimpressed.

I lost my Evo on March 24th...just three days after his 12th birthday. Evo was the first dog I could call my own, the English Bulldog I had dreamed of as a little girl, and 1000% my soul dog. When an aggressive mast cell tumor appeared in September 2023, we were told to expect six months with treatment. As a pup, I promised Evo I would never let him suffer, and that quality of life would always mean more to me than quantity. So, we decided to live our best lives with the time we had left. With lots of TLC and zero toxic chemicals, we enjoyed the six months they predicted... and then another 15 months after that! Once I accepted that saying goodbye was more likely than not, countless traumatic scenarios played out in my head. I have never truly feared or dreaded anything more in all my life. I refused to take Evo out of his home, where he felt safe and comfortable. We had arranged for a vet to come to us, but when the time came, they were unavailable. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise and we were able to connect with Dr. Quinn. All I wanted was for Evo to leave this world safe in my arms, with all the love and dignity he deserved. Dr. Quinn and Jessica went above and beyond to make our experience far more peaceful than I ever imagined. My heart broke when my best friend's stopped, but I'm so incredibly grateful we were able to give him the most perfect goodbye. When I think about Evo in the years to come, I know I'll remember the kindness, compassion, patience, and respect Dr. Quinn and Jessica showed us. Those amazing women have a rare, heartfelt empathy...the kind that makes me wish the world were full of more souls like theirs. I truly don't think I could have asked for anything better than the care they provided to Evo and our family. There are simply not enough words or THANK YOUs to express our appreciation. The staff did not seem as friendly, almost stressed and just not happy. The new vet that started had no regard for my budget and ordered $300 worth of tests on my 17 year old dogs wellness check. Didn't even talk to me about the cost, I found out when I was paying. They have lost my trust. Based on personal recommendations, I have chosen another vet hospital and could not be happier. It was hard for me to switch because Dr. Couch is a really good vet and I had gone here for so long, but based on her partner and the techs, it was in the best interest of my pets and my pocket book to take my business elsewhere.

My dogs were neglected in their care. My one dog didn't get fed two meals in his two day stay and…read morehe gets fed twice a day. My other dog didn't get his daily tooth brushing treat that should have been on the paper that is highlighted but his meds are on there and he only got them the first day! They didn't give them their toys either. One of the toys has a rawhide ring on it and it wasn't touched. On the ride home he got the ring off in the first 5 mins in the car! I prepared all the food for both dogs in bags so all they had to do is dump it in their bowls. I did provide pumpkin for my little guy this time and it was twice as much pumpkin than he needed. They didn't give me my container back or the extra pumpkin. His name and the amount he needed was on the container. There are a lot more issues but I don't have the time to type them all out. The owner has been made aware of the issues and has not responded to my email about how she can make this right. I asked that they start giving a military discount in honor of my boys. Maybe $5 a stay would be great to remember how badly they were treated so they don't do that to another poor dog. I will never trust them with my boys again! To your response. Your staff knew that we are a military family and said that you don't have a military discount! Because I asked! The reason the boys were there were for all military reasons! I gave you days to reply to my second message about how you could make things right and you never did! The first email I sent you never responded to! The reply to your email I waited from the 29th to the 3rd when I sent another message. More proof you can't be trusted.
