The service was super friendly, seating was plentiful, the menu offerings ample. I ordered a cheese omlet with mushrooms, onion and peppers, a side of bacon and an English Muffin. I wish I had thought to take a picture! it was not only delicious, but beautiful to look at! Navy blue and white diagonal stripes on a 4 (maybe 5) tier stack of perfectly baked French toast. It came with sides of a potato choice and ham. (I traded out for bacon-how could I not?) I'm not sure if the special ends today, but if it does, I'm definitely going back the next time it is on the menu, and you should too!

This location in Hinsdale, near the Olean border, is easy to reach and there's lots of parking: They're on the lot of Trapper's Park. There's lots of pavilion seating, and places for kids to run around. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions were huge! My fish fry was 3/4 pound filet! (Available Fridays only). This location has a lot more street noise, but it was pleasant to hear the crickets. Unlike the Yorkshire location, they are open only Fri-Sun, 11-7. Call ahead to reserve your brisket: They often sell out early. 9/5/2025: According to the Pit Master, they will stay open for the season, "As long as possible", depending on the weather.

We didn't make things easy on them, requesting a good chunk of the menu to be made dairy-free yet we heard compliments on every dish. To be honest they were almost too good as folks kept going back for more instead of dancing! We love this family business that uses home-grown ingredients whenever possible and we'll be looking for their food truck at local events for a long time (we didn't use the food truck at our event but it's a fun surprise every time we see it out in the wild).

The offices are impeccably clean and comfortable to wait in, always kept at a nice temperature. Do bring a light sweater if you don't like things a touch chilly. If you're looking for Doctors that listen to you and believe in involving you in your healthcare decisions, you can do far worse than Omega Family Medicine. One more note, after taking the pictures of their lobby and front door I was approached by their supervisor Amy. She was very concerned about the images being taken and I explained to her they were for Yelp, and that I was certain not to get any patients in the images. She asked to view the images, which I happily assisted her with to ease her mind. These guys are on the ball watching out for your HIPPA information and privacy. Just one more great thing about making them your Primary Care office!
