When I walked in to pick it up he had a big smile and not only is the blanket in perfect condition, they wrote "Mom" in a red heart on the bag. I may have teared up picking up dry cleaning. I recently switched to them because they offer the option to fold dress shirts. I was very happy with the job they did. Not to mention my father left expensive sunglasses, receipts, etc in his jacket pocket and they were all in a plastic bag attached to the jacket when I picked it up. I am beyond sold and they have my loyal business now because of their quality, integrity, price, and personality.

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

Further, when I return said shirts with the mysterious spots all over them, please don't tell me that it is "oil" and then try to charge me for re-cleaning them. Do not try to imply that somehow, I put spots all over the shirt, put the little tag thingie back thru the button hole and am trying to pull a fast one. The spot comes out if *I* use a Tide pen, so it is something that happened at the cleaners, not my car on the ride home, still wrapped in plastic. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
