Have you ever called a towing company and didn't know for sure if they got the information correct or when they would arrive?? Yes I have, but you never have to worry about this with Roadrunner Towing!! After my call, I received a text with a link that showed me the towing job I requested, they provided me an update without me having to call and ask, and the driver contacted me directly to provide an even more specific window of time to expect him. Again, there aren't many companies out there that keep you informed, truly care, and most of all, treat you like family. You can't go wrong with Roadrunner Towing.

The dispatch asked for the address which we didn't have. The dispatch replied that we needed to look up the address and call back. When the tow truck arrived, the driver was very rude right off the bat! I was told I needed to call dispatch and make the payment arrangements. The dispatcher had a child howling crying right next to the phone so loud that I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me which is very unprofessional. Lastly the tow truck driver tore the yard up so much with major ruts and tracks even in the neighbor's yard. Some of the ruts are at least 10 inches deep. The way the car was positioned under the carport and the driveway there is no excuse for the driver to have gone through the yard and certainly not in the neighbor's yard. The driver took the path of least resistance instead of moving the car properly and professionally.
