We went back and forth with voices raised and she asked me to leave the store. I don't know how the process went with my wife, but based on my experience, we agreed we wouldn't come back here. We're here to help them and their customers out and she gives me trouble. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I'm not recommending them to anyone!

Terrible customer service…read more Spent a lot of money to have a nice picture framed after being recommended to this place. When we received it back it was not centered in the frame. Owner said that she normally asks, which she did not, and never bothered to reach out over 2 months to see if we wanted our picture centered. You'd think that's pretty common knowledge that you'd want something centered in a picture frame you're spending $400 on, but maybe that's just me. Said it would be a minimum of $140 to attempt to fix - even though this was her mistake - and could possibly need to purchase an entire new frame for upwards of $300. Now making our simple framing project cost over $800. Absolutely ridiculous for a mistake that was theirs. Despite the unwillingness to help find a solution, I still would have reluctantly spent the money to have this fixed. That was until she got incredibly rude and loud with my wife and kicked her out of the store. If you want to spend money to have a picture framed off center, and then get yelled at when you're unhappy with the final product, then this is the place for you!

They were all very nice and helpful on helping with painting. You can paint and go back and finish if you have to take a break. Painting large pieces can take a little longer. Leslie was juggling another customer when we arrived, but instead of being annoyed, I was fascinated--watching her expertly guide someone through the framing process was like witnessing a masterclass. By the time it was our turn, I had zero doubts we were in great hands. We brought in a gold-on-cowhide Garuda from Thailand and had a vision: two panes of glass with a sleek, minimal frame. Leslie was meticulous, explaining every step, recommending plexiglass over glass, and even hunting down a hard-to-find frame to complete the look. When my husband spotted a small area that needed repair, she reassured us that Omer, the conservator, would handle it with care. Fast forward 1.5 months--Garuda is back, beautifully repaired, mounted, and framed to perfection. They went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier.
