Terrible customer service. Spent a lot of money to have a nice picture framed after being recommended to this place. When we received it back it was not centered in the frame. Owner said that she normally asks, which she did not, and never bothered to reach out over 2 months to see if we wanted our picture centered. You'd think that's pretty common knowledge that you'd want something centered in a picture frame you're spending $400 on, but maybe that's just me. Said it would be a minimum of $140 to attempt to fix - even though this was her mistake - and could possibly need to purchase an entire new frame for upwards of $300. Now making our simple framing project cost over $800. Absolutely ridiculous for a mistake that was theirs. Despite the unwillingness to help find a solution, I still would have reluctantly spent the money to have this fixed. That was until she got incredibly rude and loud with my wife and kicked her out of the store. If you want to spend money to have a picture framed off center, and then get yelled at when you're unhappy with the final product, then this is the place for you! read more

I LOVE My Frame Shop. They are excellent. I have taken a few things there to be framed and I have never been disappointed. The woman I have dealt with behind the counter (I am embarrassed to admit that I don't know/remember her name) is SO helpful when it comes to picking a frame and mat. I tell her generally what I'm looking for and she is really good at helping me narrow down my favorites. I've been beyond pleased with every piece I've had framed there. read more

She makes the selection process enjoyable and will even suggest items that she does not have in stock. On one occasion, I wanted to mount and frame some objects. THRILLED! I ordered a picture (unframed) from Jamaica where my husband and I were married decades ago. It was to be an anniversary gift, but it takes a long while to arrive from Jamaica - longer than expected - and I was freaking out trying to figure out how to get it framed. I called M*******s they said 2 weeks, 1 week if I paid extra. I called B** Fr******n, it took the gal 3 minutes to tell me the earliest would be November (it was Sept 1st). Argh. I called this place, "MY Frame shop" . They said they could have it done in a couple of days. They actually turned it around in 1 day. It was custom matting (the ordered picture plus 2 snapshots from us at that location in the same frame), and a custom framed that looked sort of... um, tropical-ish. The price was in line with what I paid M*******s years ago for something else I had framed. I was thrilled. They are extremely customer service oriented, have many selections and will work to meet your needs and hopes. They are also great at making recommendations if you're not sure what colors or style you want. Next week, I have something I need rematted and an oil painting I am going to have them frame. Oh yeah, I will be back. And I will recommend them every opportunity I get. read more

Jessi, who owns My Frame Shop with her husband, has framed 5 pieces for us over the last few years. She is wonderful - attentive, patient, and creative. She even fixed two pieces that we had owned for years, better glass, matting and framing. Now the eye is brought to the picture instead of being drawn away by excessive matting or a gaudy frame. Fantastic people. The sales woman was very patient with a picky person like me. Very considerate and helpful on the selection and price. I had a very unique painting on leather.
