After missing 45+ mins of work calling various corporate numbers and reexplaining myself, I finally got connected to someone who was rude with me about the information! After finally learning that I couldn't park, my riding experience was good until I had to deal with the drivers and support staff at the other locations during drop offs. Simple questions about my luggage and departure, etc were handled terribly. I was essentially patronized and talked down to like I committed a crime. "Please go inside sir!" with annoyed looks was all I was given. When I reboarded, I was continued to be spoken to in a condescending way as I asked questions about what bus we were taking or how long we had before boarding so I can get a quick bite to eat. I understand Greyhound is trying to serve the masses with their bus services, but they treated me and others like we were a nuisance. Hopeful that Greyhound get's their Customer Support in check, because I may not ride again if they don't.

The key lime pie was VERY good! The show, actors, murder mystery and the train ride was truly the best part! They were all really great and it was a lot of fun! I was so excited to get to do this with some friends and they change the show very so often so you could go about every month and do a new one! From the side of the road, you will see a truck dealership and the GPS might lead you only to the school district and Sheriff's Juvenile learning center. The one saving sign was off to a corner with an arrow that guides you to the railway. Inside the station, I was greeted right away by a young lady and the place was was clean. Although it was not very big, there was an assortment of train souvenirs and books on the many types of trains out there. There was stuffed toy animals (like foxes, raccoons,and giraffes) that had a conductor uniform on and those were cute. Lots of Thomas the Steam Engine toys, books, and stickers too. Also, the restrooms in the station are single stall, but was quite clean. The train goes all the way to North Fort Meyers so you will pass through a nature preserve and conservatory. Cell and internet service will be spotty when passing through the area, so be sure your phone is charged. The young lady in the front will remind you twice when you need to be at the platform for the train, so keep an eye on the clock too. If not, you will still hear the train blowing its whistle when it is approaching the station. Choo! Choo!

No one was available to provide me with transportation to RSW. So I booked passage with Surfside Airport Shuttle Service. My ride , scheduled for a 10:00 a. m. Pickup , arrived a few minutes early. Kimberly was my driver and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation en route to the airport. I was the only passenger as the service is exclusive. I noticed that the van in which I was being driven was very clean , inside and outside. This is a small family owned business. The fare was $56.00 for one person or two. More than two people and the price is increased. But 2 can travel for the same price as one, $56.00. We arrived at RSW Airport in plenty of time for me to catch my flight. If in need of airport transportation I would recommend Surfside Airport Shuttle Service. The service is prompt , clean and dependable. The drivers were perfectly on time for pickups, courteous, professional and personable. The cars were late model, spacious and spotlessly clean. What more could anyone hope for? At first I thought Naples Royal was an interesting name. After my experience though I realized it made perfect sense because they truly treated me like royalty.
