However they are located on a small resort island, and it would be helpful and not difficult for them to post the price of an airport run on their website, or tell you what the charge will be, as well as their way of accepting payment in their confirmatory email.

I reserved and paid for a full size vehicle under my corporate contract. When I arrived, the employee on duty showed me the only "full size" car available. A Nissan Versa. I asked if the Nissan Versa was considered a full size. He said yes. I asked again, are you sure? He repeated yes. I knew a Nissan Versa was not a full size car, as it felt extremely small. I once again stepped out of the vehicle and directly asked if a Nissan Versa is considered full size. He insisted it was. Before leaving with the vehicle, I checked Google, specifically to the rental class with Enterprise. As expected, the Nissan Versa is classified as a subcompact. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. This was not confusion. This was a clear misrepresentation of the vehicle class. I asked to speak with a manager. That did not happen but then he asked me what kind of car I wanted. I made it clear I wanted exactly what I paid for. No upgrade. No downgrade. No excuses. Getting what you pay for should be the minimum standard. Eventually, a female employee approached me. I explained the situation. She apologized and handled the interaction professionally. I appreciate her effort, but the damage was already done. I understand how rental locations operate. I understand quotas, ratings, and long term rentals with 30 day review cycles. None of that excuses misleading a customer. This experience crossed a line. I will not return to this location. As a consumer, verify what you are given. Do not accept false answers. Make sure you receive the vehicle class you paid for.

BLARING alarms saying "engine overheated." I call TWO Enterprises for a car exchange. Metro parkway has me on hold for an hour. Boy Scout answered, tells me they don't even have extra cars. My next option was to drive to a Tire Choice to get it fixed. What does the Tire choice say? "They should have never rented you this car." The coolant was broken and leaking. The car was going to shut off while I drove if I didn't stop driving when I did. I called a tow truck... drove to the Enterprise in my mom's car... and gave them the keys. I'm carpooling for a week. I can say, for sure, that there is a dedicated, experienced group of people who work here. A small outfit of 3-6 line guys (albeit, with a total of 50-80 years of experience on the tarmac among all of them) turning around jets in 30 minutes with 4 fuel trucks and 2 tugs to go around is a sight to see. Planes always get right where they need to be and are ready for flight in record time. I saw the great service given to clients, as well; from the receptionist office all the way down to the airstairs, you will be taken care of - rental car and all. It may not be the most efficient setup, as far as the layout and there's plenty of room for expansion and improvement, but for what it is - a single taxiway, 2 hangar, private, limited-use airstrip mostly hidden from public sight behind a grass berm and a treeline - it's really a gem for those with the means to fly in ($$$$$). So, if you do have those means ($$$$$), I would highly recommend it.

The Cape Coral Bridge is owned by the Lee County Department of Transportation and has a $2 toll for two-axle vehicles going westbound. There is no toll for eastbound. There are Sunpass lanes where you can use your transponder if you have one, or slide over to the right and there are staffed tollbooths if you need to pay with cash or get a receipt. There was a short queue at the toll booth this afternoon but it moved quickly. The lady working the booth today was friendly and efficient and fast. Round number review #8700!
