I called and got an appointment 30 minutes from the time I called which is pretty miraculous. They also take walk in's which is wonderful. I was looking to change my primary care physician due to several issues, but I won't get into that right now. After my first visit I can already tell that I want to switch to this doctor! Dr. Zeitlin is very friendly, his office is clean, his secretary and his nurses are really nice. He talked to me first to get to know a little about me before asking the reason for my visit. He seemed like he genuinely cared. He has a lighthearted sense of humor. We addressed all of my issues on the first visit. I didn't have to wait very long as it doesn't seem like they overbook appointments here. There were only two people ahead of me and there are two patient rooms so things went quickly. At no point did I feel rushed or at that he wasn't paying attention. There were no distractions during the course of my visit either, it was very one on one and I got the personal attention I needed. Comparing this doctor to my previous primary care is like night and day. I thought it was going to be difficult to switch because I had grown so accustomed to my previous doctor because I was a patient there for over 15 years. Little did I know that I would feel so comfortable and welcomed at Dr. Zeitlin's office. They also accept credit/debit card here for your co-pay which is very convenient. My previous doctor was definitely way behind the times. In any case I'm convinced. Seeing Dr. Zeitlin actually makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience. His handwriting isn't all that great but really that's the case with most doctors. Fortunately his nurse was able to re-write the necesarry information on the back of my referrals. My test results will be back soon so I can update my review about how accurate and attentive their process is for that in a few days.

They have never done this before they have always billed me later. I handed them my card and they told me they do not accept card, cash or checks only. How do you not accept card but you take checks? At that point they recommended that I go to the ATM and I personally recommend that I find a new doctor because this is seriously inconvenient. Not only that but they told me that when they were billing me later they were charging me a $10 late fee everytime. Half the time when I went to appointments at this office they were too busy to even discuss any type of payment method with me which is why they were billing later in the first place. I don't know exactly how many people they put on the schedule between 9 and 10 a.m. but the other lady sitting there told me she was waiting for an hour already before I got there and before arriving she was told she wouldn't have to wait this time because she waited for two hours on her last visit. She also expressed that this would be her last visit here. In the midst of all of this the doctor had to move her car, speak to a pharmaceutical rep that probably just showed up without an appointment, and take multiple phone calls and of course see the other patients that were waiting before me. I've been coming to this office out of convenience but there's plenty of other doctors offices out there that will take my money (and accept card) without ridiculous fees and provide proper care in a timely fashion. They didn't just loose one patient, they lost my entire family of 4.

Dr. Desir was referred to me a few years ago and I have not had to look any further. The office is clean and they practice safety precautions and there are plastic shields between the chairs. She is very professional and very attentive. There is never a long wait and I am usually seen within 10-15 min of arriving by the nurse for blood work and then seen by Dr Desir within 10-15 min after that. Once in the exam room She really talks to you and asks questions and is able to connect on a personal level. She does not try to rush you out the door. She has limited hours so it could be a challenge connecting between visits but if you have the portal she is good with responding to your messages sent through the portal. She is caring, personable, thorough, and friendly. I even had my mother and mother in law come from Florida to see her because they were not getting the attention and care I thought they should get. So now they travel for visits. I also need to mention that the staff is also amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for a good Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Desir.

Dr. Fashakin was very personable and took the time to hear my complaints. He felt something was wrong after a checkup and gave me a reference for immediate MRI. It ended up saving my life! Not sure how the other doctor missed it but I feel very lucky to have had the good sense to go and see someone else later that day. It speaks to the kind of doctor that Dr. Fashakin is that he didn't dismiss me after I told him I had seen another doctor earlier that day who just gave me Tylenol. He told me the issues it could have for my insurance and was very upfront but my life is worth more than money and I am glad I came to his place. I actually had to pay out of pocket because he was not in my network but Dr. Fashakin reduced the fee by more than half after I told him the back story of what brought me to his office. Great doctor!
