If I can offer her one piece of advice, it would be to treat each customer with the same amount of respect regardless of ethnicity. In my short tenure at AG I noticed the favoritism she extended to certain groups over others and It was truly dissapointing. While you were enthusiastic and thorough with groups you aligned with, you were short and rude with others who would be classified as the minority.
