Here's the kicker is that before he cuts your trees, there is zero communication from ETME staff. Zero. One day you have your trees, next day you don't. Why would they not sent a message? Something - a text, call, email to you saying they have a problem with you trees and they will cut them down unless you do something? I truly believe Gene enjoys being nasty to people. He HURTS people and it's like F you.

Gene, the manager, has kept the park in tiptop shape and if you have any concern at all, he resolves it quickly! The landscaping in sculptured and the effect lighting is expertly place. There are streetlights spaced about 50 feet apart so it gives you a feeling of safety. The amenities include a heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, tv's, workout room, card room, dance hall, kitchen, backgammon building, barbecues, etc. Almost everyone we have run into here is very friendly and very young at heart.
