On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. She sent frequent updates and lots of pictures of our happy, relaxed pets, which gave us so much peace of mind while traveling. It was clear that Keiko genuinely loves animals. We came home to a spotless house and very happy animals. As if that wasn't enough, Keiko even left homemade dog treats in our freezer -- above-and-beyond!
