We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Also, she takes the best pictures, and the gives most detailed status reports I've ever seen from a dog walker. Like paragraphs long (jk). I feel like we were there on the walk with them with the level of detail she provides her in her reports! We don't know what we would do without her.
