Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

I've since switched vets and the care has been so much better -- clear, proactive, and thorough. I wish I had made the switch sooner.
