I've owned an Odyssey purchase there for about five years, and a couple years into it I got a flat tire in my garage from a sheet metal screw. Turns out the driver side wheel liner and plastic shield underneath the engine had been reinstalled with sheet metal screws at some point prior to our purchase. I was annoyed and contacted the corporate office only be told that their inspection should not be the basis of a purchasing decision. This vehicle also had a clean Carfax report. This brings me to today. During a recent family vacation, the driver side fender started popping out, pulled the wheel liner that then shredded against the tire, and exposed a rather extensive Bondo job. So my Odyssey now sits in a body shop with about $1,600 in estimated repairs. I was a little too trusting and assumed that these sort of issues would have been discovered prior to selling a vehicle.
