    This visit was for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. In and out within an hour. I appreciate how Toyota Direct looks out for your safety (and others) but is transparent and won't push unneeded service or repairs but does make recommendations and keep an eye out and timeline for vehicle maintenance. This is my preferred Toyota dealership for service in Columbus and have found they have slightly better price points for the same service over other dealerships in the greater Columbus area.

    Brought my fleet vehicle in to be serviced for it 35,000 mile checkup. I've usually received prompt service when arriving but this time time it was different. Once I pulled into the service bay, I stood around for awhile waiting for someone to help me. It didn't appear very busy so I wasn't sure why no one was helping. I finally got directed to a service rep and they got me checked in. I have been having issues with my CarPlay Navigation on my RAV4 so I showed the rep a video of what it is doing. Their response was that he wasn't sure what they could do about it. Surprised at his comment, I replied, "if you aren't sure what can be done, who would? " He proceeds to tell me that the guy who needs to see it was leaving soon and that I would need schedule a day when the car could be here all day for someone to take a look at it. ALL DAY?! Seriously?! I waited in the waiting area until my car could be serviced. The waiting area appeared dirty and unkept. I didn't get the feel it had been sanitized or wiped down in awhile. Today wasn't a great service experience. It took too long for what I was having done and I left not feeling confident I had received top quality service.

    called them five times for service, left three messages and two voicemails. No one ever called me back. Ended up going to Tansky's instead.

UNACCEPTABLE experience for any vehicle company, but you would expect way more from Mercedes. The vehicle was new and had a trailer hitch installed that was not usable, and spent significant energy trying to remedy without success. Summary *The story is so long it exceeds the text limit. *Sold a new vehicle with a trailer hitch that is unusable. It was not level and sloped downward enough to cause a rack hit the ground when in use while driving over bumps or entering and exiting driveways. *Solution to remedy was driven by me, not the dealer. I had to push every step. *Poor communication overall from the dealer. *Lack of ownership. Each dept seems to work in a bubble/solo. Some cross group communication but no-one responsible for making sure the customer is satisfied. *Issue took over five months and costed around $1,500 for a Mercedes rack, hundreds of dollars in fuel/mileage and 15 hours of driving...... *Some good individual efforts and attempt to remedy by the Sales person and service, but the dealer as a whole has failed to deliver a solution without guidance/leadership after many months. *Time consuming and stressful experience. *Received a card from a service Manager/Liaison asking how they did. I called, left a voicemail and never heard back. Aligns with the experience. *I do not recommend Mercedes Benz or this dealership. Shiny and fancy building with attempts to take care of the customer, but complete lack of follow through resulting in a very dissatisfied customer.
