I asked to speak with someone about negociating a price. Before throwing out any numbers, I was met with a very sharp response from one of the owners, "The price is the price. If you can't afford it, you can't buy it." When I explained I had an offer in on an identical vehicle one model year newer with 8k less mileage for $1,500 LESS in Chicago, he responded, "Well, sounds like a better deal. Go there then." No thanks. Any business that gets high and mighty over overpriced cars just because they sit in THEIR lot and not another isn't worth the money, time, or effort. There are plenty of used car dealerships in the area that will not only give you better pricing and financing, but they'll treat you better too. Pass on this one, yelpers.

The tires had been replaced, along with the brakes, timing belt, water pump and some other things I can't remember. I felt extremely comfortable knowing that all of the things I could think would need done were done. There were a few cosmetic flaws with the car but it is a used car and the sales guy (who I think is the owner) told me about all of them. Doing my due diligence by looking at a few of the same car elsewhere, I found that they all had those same flaws. Oh, and I forgot to mention the car had a clean carfax with service records and the price came in closer to the trade in value than the retail value on NADA website. Anyways this place smashed my preconceived notions about used car places. The people were honest, upfront about everything and I didn't feel pressured one bit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car and no bs.

Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.

I had an appointment on 8/7/26 to have my air conditioner serviced because it was blowing out hot…read moreair. Per my receipt it stated that it was recharged and they had added Freon which cost me $338.39. It worked for one day, and started blowing out hot air the following day. I took it back to Lindsay Buick this morning and told Daniel, the service advisor what happened and he basically dismissed me saying that I was charged for diagnostic because I need a A/C condenser.
