The pickup for the aerator went well, and I paid for the rental when I picked it up. The aerator itself was great - I had no problems with it and it worked well. When I went to return it on Monday, I was told I still owed a balance, even though over the phone, I was quoted a different price. They ended up taking care of the problem, but I wish it would have been made clearer either over the phone when I reserved the aerator, or the day I picked it up. In the end, I am glad they took care of the miscommunication issue, and besides that one mishap, the rest of the rental process went smoothly.

They were hours late to the event with little to no communication and blaming it on traffic when there was absolutely no traffic. I requested a refund with only getting little to no refund due to lack knowledge on what a refund is. I highly do NOT RECCOMEND this rental company. They were HORRIBLE. Still have not received my full refund yet.
