Thanks so much for providing the chairs for our fabulous outdoor wedding at Bass Lake. They were perfect for our ceremony. The only complaint is that the chairs had to be individually moved from the place they were unloaded to the venue and back to the parking area when the wedding was over. I work in a service profession and interact with people daily. Encouraging people is a significant portion of my job. I have also worked in customer service jobs as well. I understand that people have their good days and their bad days, so it takes A LOT to get me to the point that I would write a negative review, and I do NOT do so lightly. My perception of my experience as a bride doing business with this company has led me to feel WORTHLESS as a customer. It is far less demanding to list the positives of my experience with Queen Bee than it is to list the things that caused me STRESS and DIFFICULTIES during my interaction with them- ON my wedding day, DURING my honeymoon, and AFTER I returned home. It has been absolutely AGONIZING, to say the least. As for the positive, all I can say is that their automatic payment system and automated emails letting you know of your upcoming payment and thanking you for your payment is convenient (for all involved). read more

I'm not reviewing them based on their service as much as for the rudeness of their employees ... we were on 95 NB when a van with the business' info clearly on its side, drove right up on our rear bumper (like cant see the head lights can't even tap the brakes they have no time to process and respond close) began flashing its lights and highbeams (mind you there was a line of traffic and no where for anyone to go) then got off the exit blaring its horn the entire time. I'm not sure what kind of people are working for this company but none of that inspired me to give these people my money. I'll be following up with a phone call and email. Used this company for chairs, tables, and wait staff for our wedding this past spring. Troy & Kristin were very helpful during our consultation, asking great questions about our plans and making useful suggestions regarding our needs. Anthony, our server, was phenomenal during the reception. After a quick meeting day-of, he took the reins and kept all the food and beverages well-stocked and the serving stations clean. Hiring Queen Bee Rentals was the biggest mistake of my entire wedding. I decided to go with Queen Bee because Troy (the owner) seemed friendly and calmed my bride-to-be nerves by telling me how many weddings he has done over the years, plus their prices were slightly lower than other rental companies that I had been looking at. Leading up to the wedding, Troy and Sharron (who was going to be my day-of rental contact) were communicative and helpful. I sent them incredibly detailed maps of where I wanted everything to go at my venue as well as a timeline for what items I needed set up first and at what time. Unfortunately, none of my requests were followed through and the hours leading up to my wedding were a complete nightmare. To start, Sharron showed up at the venue late. The set up staff were on time, but Sharron was not there so they did not have anything to set up, and she had not shared my map or schedule with them. This meant that when she did show up, they didn't know what to do, so my family and I were having to tell them what to do instead of getting ready and enjoying the day. Additionally, Sharron had to take three trips back to their warehouse to get all of my rental items which meant that some items still had not shown up by 3:00 pm for my 4:00 pm wedding. My guests were arriving and items like the bar, audio, and lights still had not been set up. Due to the hard work of the set up staff, everything was set up just in time for the wedding, but it would not have happened without my numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also helping to set up tables, chairs, and table décor. While I appreciate my family's help, they should NOT have had to do this in the first place. Once the wedding started, things went relatively smoothly. The wait staff helped run the buffet well and they attended to my caterer, bartender, and wedding coordinator's requests as needed. The only item that did not go smoothly was the photo booth which I rented from Queen Bee. The wait staff who was working the photo booth told my guests during the cocktail hour that the photo booth was "not able to be used until after the reception" - what does that even mean?? My father went over to talk to him and eventually my guests were able to use the photo booth, but not until after dinner. This meant that we missed out on the prime time during the cocktail hour to use the photo booth. Additionally, Troy had promised me that I would get digital copies of all the photo booth pictures, but 8 weeks after my wedding, I still do not have them. I have emailed and called both Troy and Sharron numerous times. Sharron finally called me back 3 weeks ago and said she would be mailing out a USB with my pictures within a week. I didn't receive them, so I followed up with her again. She sent me a picture of the envelope she said she was going to mail me 2 weeks ago, but I still have not received them. Keep in mind these are not photos that need to be edited like professional wedding photographer pictures - I just want copies of the photo booth pictures. I've given up. Once the wedding started, things went well overall. But the stress leading up to the wedding was horrendous and the amount of follow up I have had to do after the event has been equally unpleasant. It is not worth saving a few hundred dollars to go with Queen Bee as opposed to a different rental company. read more

I cannot recommend this company enough! Troy (the owner) went above and beyond to take care of us before and during the wedding. He worked with our wedding coordinator to make the whole evening seamless and we barely noticed they were there, except when they would bring us drinks and food and anticipate our every need. We contracted with them to provide waitstaff and bartender for our event, but they ended up setting up a photo booth as well, without us even asking! It was such a hit, i'm so thankful they did that! Queen Bee came recommended by a brand new venue. I decided to use them for my daughter's weddingin October. In February I rented multiple Items including benches,rustic door an antique irony board and a welcome sign. In April I found out our venue had purchased chairs so the benches were not needed. It was allowed under the contract to cancel items up to thirty day and I began the process that involved almost two months of calls and emails before they were removed. They kept saying it would be done and never months later it was fixed. I began the Monday before the wedding making final contact with all the vendors. 4 calls later Troy calls me on Thursday and I called him out on his companies reliability. The items were delivered, however, the doors were falling apart( not all in the condition they were in when rented) and the venue owner deemed them insane to use because they could collapse on someone. The ironing board was fine but the rustic welcome sign had a big chunk of wood missing. Troy offered me a full refund apologized and said he was embarrassed. It is December 5th and I have not received a dime. He always has an excuse on one of the twenty odd phone calls or texts I have sent. No response to emails. And the real kicker is in every conversation he states "I am a man of my word" ...... I hope no one has this ordeal my sister and brother in law worked hours on end to fix the doors before they had to throw in the towel. Beware off Queen Bee!!!!! read more

We rented a 20x20 tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glasses and a bubble machine from Queen Bee for a wedding that we hosted at our home last weekend.
