I left feedback according to my experience. Owner Zach replied to please contact him asap and left his number. I called 3 days in a row never got an actual person on the line , left several voicemails ,never did anyone reply. Now I look at response Zach left me and he changed it from contact me asap to give us another opportunity in the future Lmfao we will step up our quality . Great cabinet line for the price. I would recommend getting the Presidential line with the resolute hardware.

Go to Menards!! You get better quality cabinets for less. Spent $12k on a new kitchen, "executive" series.... From the finish of the doors (Knicks and scuffs) to the PLYWOOD used on some, the wood was not consistent.... Unbelievable! Every door you can see the cracks where they were put together. We managed to get maybe 2k back from the dealer to have a painter come in. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT. read more

We have had Legacy Cabinets in two houses. The common word between the both of them is, CHEAP! The biggest pet peeve of Legacy is the center bar stile in both the base and upper cabinets. This may save on materials to make doors but it also LIMITS after market cabinet storage options. A 30" cabinet doesn't have the space you need to house 30" worth of stuff in an double open drawer of say 27 1/2" x 24" deep. The cabinet has a 3 1/2" vertical center support bar which makes each opening of the doors around 12". You cannot remove the bar without a BIG HOLE between your doors. Other issues have occurred like paying for soft close doors and not receiving them in several cabinets. The drawer slides have setting screws and pins to set into the back cabinet wall, but we don't have the screws and the drawers fell into the ones below. They don't answer calls or follow through after you get them in the office. Seemingly Legacy works with you builder as you see his posts on FB regarding high profile playoff football games in their respective owners boxes. OVER priced and will probably have to be replaced in 10 years. Consider that before you purchase. read more

Worst cabinet supplier ever. Order 10-15 jobs they were all wrong. The latest episode is we ordered a sink and they shorted us and sink base. Because their driver sucks they said we got it so we had to buy it again. Now they show up for the second one that I had to buy and it's not even on the truck. And I can't find it. Do yourself a favor and don't even call them. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We finally had the money save to remodel our kitchen. We ordered to Presidential (most expensive and supposedly the highest quality that Legacy offers). As our builders were installing the cabinets they noticed the entire front and right side of our large piece that holds the microwave/oven was completely unfinished, there was also a cabinet that was 10 shades darker than the rest. When I cam home to inspect myself I noticed a big nick on the bottom of a cabinet and several cracks in a drawer of yet another. We contacted the company and the mailed out new ones. This took another 3 weeks, (all this time were paying to rent another home to live in). So now the "new" cabinets arrive and they are IN WORSE CONDITION THAN THE FIRST SET!! I literally feel like I'm living a nightmare. read more

Do not buy these cabinets, there is NO customer support for them. I've tried. Over a year. Multiple times. They do not budge. They do not return calls. The regional distributor will not return a call. If your contractor will not support these cabinets, there is no support for them. In the end Legacy would not even listen to me, they told they are waiting for the regional distributor to call them, and when I told them that I've been waiting over a YEAR, they said "I'm sorry" and hung up on me. I have never, NEVER, received such poor customer service. Oh, they're polite enough, but you will get NOTHING out of them. read more

Cabinets arrived damaged. Was sold on trying Legacy for our personal brand new home. When opening the boxes to install, drawer faces were falling off, cabinets cracked and placement for the hinges were so off that even adjusting them left the doors uneven. 90 days later we are still waiting on fillers so that we can complete our kitchen. Just got off the phone with Legacy customer service and was told that I was not a customer because I was a home owner. Kept getting interrupted asking me if " I was done". Clearly their customer service is a reflection of their product. Unfortunately our dealer has been getting the same run around. There has been 7 shipments to the dealer and they have failed to get our fillers in any of them. As a homeowner and full time real estate investor I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs as we will be sure to do with all future projects. read more

I would have to agree with the reviews here. These are not the cabinets to upgrade your kitchen with. These are the level of cabinetry to only place in a bath. The quality and refinement you will never find and always be upset thinking about what you spent on. Chafin Homes uses this brand and I'm disgusted with the kitchen. Again, they act like I'm too picky. Crazy what people say after you invest into their product... I don't think Hone Depot sells such shit this poor quality. I haven't seen it. Now just living with it. But as the couple reviews, the home builder has replaced about 20 doors so far and an entire section where the oven was mounted in. Even the rep stated it shouldn't have been shipped in the state it was in. I'd spend a couple hundred more and get your moneys worth somewhere else. read more

Some time ago Legacy Cabinets' dealer installed it in my new condo. I was given warranty for 5 years. Some later( much earlier) one of the drawers had been blended. When dealer looked at it he promised to fix it but some later. In the couple of the months he recommended me call to Legacy Cabinets and stopped answer to my calls. When I called to Legacy Cabinets I was sent to dealer, on my request talk to manager agent just hang up. It is very good example of funny business of Legacy Cabinets and it's dealer ( by the way Aurora Line inc and accept only cash) who do not care about customers. The major n goal of this kind of businessmen is just pull out money from people. read more

I've rehabbed 5 houses. Tried cabinets from Off he shelf Home Depot to Legacy. Paid the most for Legacy for supposedly 'custom' cabinets. Terrible product and waste of money. After 2 years, my shaker style cabinets showed seams where the paint cracked. Also had to replace door and drawer hardware. Finish showed glue remnants at various exterior seams of doors, and interiors were rough cut. Rarely do I give a bad review - but avoid these cabinets. Go with IKEA - they've really upped their game and make a much better product. read more

We were redoing the kitchen and went to a Quartz/Granite counter place and they also had cabinets. We indicated what we wanted and saw examples in the showroom. Then we were told that they no longer carried that brand and were offering a better brand that looked similar or better than what we saw in the showroom. We should have run away. Nicks, dings, scratches, cracked doors where the hinge connects, rough areas not properly sanded before stain & finish.... all shrugged off as natural inconsistency with the wood grain. And when the QA guy came he spent the whole day realigning doors and using filler crayon to cover dings & gouges same as the nail holes. I have said a few times that for the $ spent on the highest end they provide, it looks like they sent factory seconds and all involved don't care because they already have your $ and are on to the next sale/install. We can live with it or replace them..... and can't afford to replace them. read more

We are very happy with these cabinets. We realize we aren't buying a high end product here, but it is great value for the money spent. There are a lot of options to choose from. Fairly quick turn around. Received product quickly. They stood behind their warranty on one door we needed. I would recommend them. read more

Whatever you do, do not use these cabinets. We hired a local contractor who uses cabinets from this company. Within six months of installation, several of the cabinet doors have warped badly (it's unsightly), and Legacy says they are not responsible for warped doors and will not cover the cost of replacing them. read more

OUTRAGEOUS!!!! $12,000 for cabinets that arrived at my home with paint missing, paint globbed on and rough to the touch, held together with staples and plastic cups, not one drawer and door line up, all of the doors are warped, the drawers are not flush with their bases. This is, quite possibly, the worst experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint. Your vendor in Collierville TN has a solution---they want to paint and caulk BRAND NEW cabinets. We have tried to get them to remove the cabinets. I have emails from their "kitchen designer" telling me that these cabinets are as good as or better than Kraftmaid. She has misrepresented your products. And even more offensive she wants to fix this nightmare with paint and caulk. Legacy cabinets: these cabinets passed your Quality Control?? I do NOT want these cabinets in my home. I want my money back. These cabinets came into my home on the 24th of September 2014--we have been trying to get rid of them ever since with nothing but happy talk and delays from the Collierville TN vendor. My next stop is to name the vendor and then on to Better Business Bureau and the attorney. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CABINETS IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND WANT A QUALITY KITCHEN!!! They do not deserve one star--would not let me post without clicking one. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I purchased my cabinets from a dealer in October and upgraded to Legacy's cabinets. When they arrived 3-4 weeks later, several doors and some of the cabinet boxes arrived scratched and cracked. They didn't believe I had as many as I had, so they sent out a representative, who was quite condescending and told me that since I had kids, they would probably get damaged anyway, and if I didn't see the scratches from 3 feet away, it wasn't a big deal. Well, I don't stand 3 feet away when I open them, so I see the scratches and it is a big deal. I waited another 3-4 weeks for replacement doors. Again, some arrived damaged and I was told they would reorder them. Another 3-4 weeks went by, and when they finally arrived, they were a darker than what I had and didn't match, so they decided to replace all the door fronts this time instead of trying to match the color. At this point it had been 4 months. I asked for a discount and was told it wasn't their policy, that I wasn't their customer -- the distributor was -- and all they would do is keep sending replacements. In the meantime I had no handles on my cabinets because they were going to be replaced. Again, after a few weeks, one door was the wrong design and the crown molding didn't match, so again I waited. The last door was finally installed on March 17, 5 1/2 months later. However, they are refusing to replace my crown molding which is shade lighter because it was the original stain color. Through all of this they offered no discount for my aggravation and my patience. Their only policy is to replace damaged doors no matter how many attempts it takes. I understood and was patient once, twice, three times, but after that I thought I deserved something more. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more
