I could not distinguish it from any other sweetener. The bring was smooth and gone too quick. The shop was a pretty good side and very quiet when I went, late afternoon. It felt like a great place to get so work done. My only note, is that as a medium it was a bit smaller than the norm. So I would advise expecting smaller sizing.

I did have to wait longer than expected, but without asking, the barista gave me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service! The bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy. And there's something undeniably comfortable about this atmosphere that's just right regardless of your mood. My favorite this month is a pumpkin chai with a lavender scone or bacon jalapeno quiche; these are always delicious. The best part about this location are the employees. They are friendly, even when standing out in the rain taking our orders if there is a line. Their service is quick and they always get my orders right even when I order with modifications. From hot coffees to cold brews, all were tasty and made to my specifications (sugar free, minimal syrup pumps). This shack also offers oat, soy, or coconut milk... which makes staying somewhat low-carb easier (on vacation, so lived a little dangerously this visit!). There are multiple Country Coffee locations around the metro area, but I'll be sure to swing back by this one the next time I'm up in the PNW.
