Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. MHC quote was high ($11,781), but Costco stood behind MHC (I thought). MHC said that the job would take two weeks; it took six weeks. That is when I hired a handyman to finish the job. When I asked for a copy of the warranty on the flooring that MHC recommend and installed, MHC told me that the warranty was void because the property is a rental. MHC scammed me. Do not do business with MHC.
