Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." (first time homeowner mistake) we called Danny to come fix this, and not only did he fix the entire valve system (in only a few hours) he repaired and replaced any other broken heads as well as sinking them into the ground (ours all stuck out very awkwardly hence why so many were broken) moved an entire sprinkler line that was placed poorly. (We only asked him to replace the valve system initially, but he offered to fix everything else) he saved us SO much time and saved my sweet dad from having to help us fix all of it ourselves. He was SO fast and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable. Definitely give him a call if you need any handyman jobs! We already have him coming back to fix some things on our hot tub as well! He does it all.

When they came to perform the work, the trouble spot was not repaired prior to the new application. When I called it to Adam's attention, I was told "you will have to buy a squeegee ". "It's not on the estimate to grind and level only to remove the old coating". This is a second home and it's not possible to "squeegee " every time it rains!!! Paid $2,000.00 plus for nothing! No improvement whatsoever. I recommend you get someone else who is honest to do the job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
