After getting several quotes for a full kitchen remodel I went with this company and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My only regret is I didn't have them build and install the cabinets. For a fully remodel kitchen and bathroom with hardwood cabinets, soft close draws, and Cambria quartz counter top I was quoted 19.5K from design to full install. Billy was the main representative I dealt with; he never tried to up-sale me, actually quite the opposite, was extremely knowledgeable, and truly made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns I had he quickly addressed or provided reassurance. If Billy was off Gary quickly filled in to help with what he could and was equally amazing. Ken, who works mainly in the back, builds the cabinets and also helped install my backsplash for an amazing price and workmanship. I have dealt with a lot of good companies, however I can truly say this one is in the top 1% for its professional, knowledge, and pricing.

The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad.

The last time anyone was at the site was June 2020, after repeated phone calls and inquiries. No one has returned to the work site since June.
