The company's promotion proved to be misleading and confusing. It stated on the page that the company specializes in dryer-vent cleaning, among other items. Multiple customer reviews cited that their dryer vents were, in fact, cleaned as part of the promotion. When I tried to confirm my voucher, I was told that the service DID NOT include dryer vent cleaning and that would be an extra charge. When I took the company to task via email regarding this clear discrepancy, I was "greeted" by sales manager Jen Baker. Baker is rude, obnoxious, combative, argumentative, and downright mean. In a series of back and forth emails, she talked down to me and let me know that I, the customer, was the one who was wrong. Her refusal to admit that the company's advertising was misleading is quite suspect. And her tact? Straight up childish and minor league. Simply put, I can't imagine a company even talking to customers in such a petulant manner. The company promotes that they are family owned. This is one rude family that doesn't have a clue on how to run a business. And having Integrity as the name of the company is imminently laughable. Take your business elsewhere.
