UPDATE: I went in at 5:45 not realizing that they closed at 6:00 (yeah, I was even on the business listing with all their info but didn't process that beforehand) but they (two guys, "Joe" & an older gentleman) gave me 100% of their attention, mainly because I was the only customer in there. Joe looked over my silver bars & rounds, weighed them & re-weighed them. Then weighed them again just to triple-check. This made me nervous because ODD numbers remind me of my darkest days when the ODDS were stacked against me, and all I wanted to do was to get even, get even, get even. Then he weighed my silver once more, for an even four times. Unbelievably, the fourth time the flaccid sack of silver was TWO OUNCES HEAVIER! Upon seeing this, I began to hyperventilate...then the air was getting thinner...the only thought on my mind was heating up dinner...the suspense was making me sick, I pulled my inhaler out to do the trick...but I fainted for just a second it seemed. The guys were friendly & convivial, casual yet professional & honest, they paid me the exact amount agreed upon I would recommend 14k Gold & Coin to cash out your silver bullion. I wouldn't recommend coming in right at closing time, but if you had to I think they would accommodate you. But, after I walked into the door and was greeted by the friendly staff that was a game changer, my comfort level rose immediately. They also have a rewards card you earn points every time you pawn an item that you can later use toward a purchase in the store. What a great way to build customer loyalty. 5/12/16 I bought a portable Western Digital Mac Hard Drive go $45. I went to a Wendy's down the…read moreroad, pulled out my laptop, and connected the hard drive. The hard drive didn't work. I called the store and told them. They asked me to bring it back so they could test it. I returned to the store 20 minutes after purchasing it. They tested it for ten minutes, then asked me if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I said, "No. There are no other hard drives here." They asked for the card I used so they could refund the credit, which I gave them. Then they gave me a receipt that says "Debit Refund $45". I took it and walked out of the store. After watching my account for the past 5 days, I see that my refund hasn't posted. I retrieved my receipts (both the original and the refund) and I see that at the bottom of the refund receipt, it says, "UNAUTH TRANS" and the date on the refund receipt says 12/10/12. Is that shady or what? I'm going to call them to complain as soon as they open today.
