I did not have the ticket so I had to pay again. $70.00 to restring a bracelet. His records are chaotic, and he is chaotic and as a result the customer gets taken advantage of because of his lack of organizational skills or maybe he intentionally charges twice.

There is one Security Person (Mark) I don't know his last name, but he went way above and beyond his official capacity. I had fallen a week ago and was walking on a cane. He saw me sitting on the bench waiting for my husband to get the car and pick me up. He took a minute from his job to help me to the car and be sure I was buckled in. We were parked right outside the center court entrance. That act of kindness meant so much to me and I will never to be able to thank him enough. They had this really pretty three emerald cut diamond ring and that would be just under $9000 with Lab grown. It would probably be two or three times more with genuine diamonds. The center cut emerald was 2 1/2 carats. Diamonds are nice to look at for sure. Never met a diamond I didn't like. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, expertise, customer service and quality of work that Buzz Wachler and his team provided to us in our search for the perfect engagement ring. I ended up drawing a custom designed ring that incorporated features of two different designer rings that I liked. Buzz was able to expertly create a wax prototype of the ring. I didn't see the actual ring until my fiancé proposed and I was absolutely floored by how accurately he brought my design to life and how stunningly beautiful the ring was. The ring design was a mix of modern and vintage styles, with an over 1 carat diamond sitting atop a cathedral style head, surrounded by a soft halo cushion and small brilliant diamonds lining the band and underneath the crown of the cathedral. I honestly cannot say enough about how impressed we and our family and friends were with the ring. It is truly one-of-a-kind craftsmanship. This ring will be a beautiful symbol of our love and a stunningly special heirloom that we look forward to passing down to our family when the time comes. She then had me come in at different times(5X) and tries to hustle me, by trying to sell me some of their jewelry that has about as much value as a fake diamond. I have wasted my time and her texts continue with her bull shit and deceit. After waiting 3 years, I still have no Rolex from Lucido's and she continues to send me her BS texts. They know their diamonds are worthless. Buy a 10K diamond on Monday and on Friday, the most any jeweler is gong to give you is $500. There is absolutely no resale value in diamonds. They are a scam!
