There is new flooring, counter tops, and fresh paint. My appliances are great and my blinds open up to reveal giant trees with wildlife filling their branches. Anytime I have a problem it's resolved within a short time frame. We have garbage pickup 3 times a week and cardboard drop off. The people are friendly and helpful. The apartment manager and her assistant keep this complex running well. Every time I need help they are so quick to answer me. I love this place and you will too. And I love the Apt Manager Diana who goes above and beyond. Need a place to call home? This is it.

The security gate is broken most nights. Sidewalks are broken, and up lifted. Balconies are falling, wood rot on patios, with extensive termite damage. Basketball court is damaged , with one hoop missing and the other leaning at a 35 degree angle. The volleyball court is a weed filled wasteland without a net. Security lights out on at least one whole building. The children's play area is useless with exposed metal on the seats of the swings, the teeter totter seats are dry wood with potential sliver hazard. Hot water is off about 30 percent of the time, with some instances of no water at all without warning. Their list of rules are long, however they fail to hold up their end of the lease contract time and time again. Calls go unanswered, and when you leave a message, they never call to offer an apology, let alone any type of restitution for mass inconveniences. If code enforcement were called, we'd probably all be homeless because this place is not up to code in so many areas they'd make a bunch of us vacate our apartments. A tree had broken and has been laying on the ground for a couple weeks. I could keep going but honestly this should serve as a warning to prospective renters. Many of us are stuck in our leases, you can save yourself a lot of headache by not getting in one here yourself. Notice the 5 star reviews don't have pics of them enjoying the amenities? I will give them this, the pool is kept up. Maybe I should just move into a tent out by the pool lol. I never leave reviews, but I feel I must warn people to avoid this property at all costs. I became…read moreextremely ill a month into living here from what I now know is mold poisoning. Thank God I had great insurance at the time because I was in and out of the hospital so many times getting examined for illnesses without any resolution, before I discovered it was mold poisoning. I tested the apartment with two different test kits and both came back with black mold, we later discovered it was under the floorboards and in the walls after we felt them moving with applied pressure. It was so bad that me and my partner were both throwing up blood from coughing so hard and so frequently, and i even broke my rib from the force of coughing. We both still have a small residual cough and fatigue all these months later. The manager is never there, and is unbelievably condescending and callous, and she will try to avoid helping or even speaking to tenants at all costs. Even if you keep to yourself and pay everything on time every month she will still treat you like garbage. The maintenance team is extremely incompetent and slow, I would wait a week for something to get fixed, just to have it malfunction again a few days later. There is also no real visitor parking and tow trucks frequently patrolling through the area. I had two friends cars towed even though they were parking in visitors spots. They even towed my car for parking in a vacant spot next to my friends apartment, even though I had the parking pass. My friends mom parked next to her helping her move in and they had her hooked up on the truck before she could come back outside to grab more things. There is also an insane amount of bugs around the apartment, and the staff does very little to remedy this issue. I kept most of them out of my unit by keeping everything extremely clean, tightly sealed, and using various bug repellents, but they still got in on occasion even with drastic measures taken. I would recommend just paying a little more for a nicer place, it will save you lots of money in the long run.

The window ledge in the apartments weren't clean, they had the nerve of charging me 25.00 for a trash bag full of stuff which more then likely was the window ledge that I didn't touch. Then they charged me 150.00 for cleaning when I literally cleaned that place better then the conditions I moved in. Managment is never on premise and unresponsive really until it benefits them! And don't lie to me and say that if I move out early that you'll work on getting me some of my rent back, I moved out the 15th! I'm sure they moved someone in prior to my full months rent I paid !!!
