We worked with Sam Mansoor and his assistant, Dean Conway at Legacy Law Centers in Leesburg, VA. We were able to get an appointment the next business day when other law offices ignored us. Sam and Dean were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, meticulous and pleasant to work with when creating our Trust. They were extremely patient in answering every question and explaining details. They were superb! Although, when drafting our Trust and related documents, we indicated we did not want HIPPAA and Health Care POA documents. Despite our request, these documents were created anyway, which added an additional $1,000 to an already expensive legal fee. After the Trust was completed, we found the only way to communicate was to go to their office as no one responds to emails or voicemail messages. I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. Highly unprofessional. I hired Mr. Mansoor to do my divorce. He told me the divorce should take no longer than 1-3 months. He started my separation agreement and after that I never heard from him. He wouldn't respond to my calls or emails (Mind you, he was already paid). Eventually I got fed up because months started to go by with no response. I needed my separation paperwork in order to hire someone else and once again I couldn't get ahold of him even to get that. Finally, out of no where I received my paperwork I needed in the mail and never heard from him again. DONT waste your time! OH AND he works alone, there was no paralegal and the person who works the front desk is completely rude and unprofessional. Take your business and money elsewhere!!! read more
