There are 2 free regular parking spots for the gift shop with a one hour limit in the ADA lot but employees must park there because on multiple days they were taken. Parking is super cheap with the meters, you just have to walk across from the other lot.

We were looking at the map and had read the website, but thought that we might just have to "transport" (walk) them across the street to the lake, but NO, there is NO lake access at the Outfitters. Luckily we had called that morning to verify and had enough cars to transport all of the kayaks we needed. They said that they aren't allowed to transport them since the state owns the lake. They provide straps and help you get them on your car and strapped on, but pay attention because you'll have to do it yourself when you bring them back. It was a bit challenging but we managed to do it without any of them flying off of our cars. Definitely get there early before your rental time so you can get everything loaded. We put in at Salmon Run and had a great time on Summersville Lake! The store itself has lots of different items you'd need for a day at the lake or camping. Waterproof bags, sandals, cold beverages, snacks, some gift items, local decor.

As we bought pastries and I checked out the coffee prices, my jaw nearly hit the floor....this place is a steal for great coffee. They ordered some Cafe Americanos, I ordered the cold brew..and yes they do have a barista on premise. The baked donuts and goods were super fresh, the raspberry danish was exceptional and they loved their doughnuts... Hoping they stay the long haul in this town, I am sure to visit every time I come back home!!!
