We had the audacity to call her whenever we could not find the cabin. Immediately she was condescending, talked over us, not listening to what we were trying to tell her. It was so frustrating. We finally said her directions were crap. At that point, she became irate, cursing called us MFers, threatened to meet us at the cabin with the police to "evict us". I have never dealt with someone in customer service like this. It was insane. The next day, my credit card on file was charged $500 which was nowhere in the rental agreement. I reached out to ask her why and she said "she charged me because of my nasty attitude at check-in". I had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank against my credit card.
