I love Legacy Nail Bar! All the staff is so professional, talented, and sweet in every way!

I showed up for my nail appointment today with Quyen, and another girl plopped down across from me. They told me Quyen was not available, so I left without a service. Then I get a text from Quyen saying she has a driving test today. Frankly, I can't be bothered to patronize a nail tech who can't reschedule my appointment ahead of time before I show up for the appointment. This same thing happened at Blink. Is this a Hot Springs thing? This never happened in the 21 years I lived in Dallas. The last time i was in for a pedicure, Quyen was running behind (not a problem) and the same woman plopped down across from me. I had the same nail tech for the last four years I lived in Dallas. If I was okay with just anyone sitting around, I would not have asked for Quyen. All this just boils down to poor customer service. read more

The was my go to place for a pedicure but I'm taking it off my list. I waited 45 minutes with an appointment!!! Keeping the appointment is the most important part of an appointment! The pedicure was not as good as the past or as other salons. I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more

Honestly it's not worth the $70..... you know it's my first time going and what ever and I walk in you know great costumer service so far and then we get to the nails so I'm sitting in the chair tell the guy what I want and he said okay we can do that all I wanted was a basic baby blue nail for the winter well first of all he cuts me over and over again will the nail drill and puts nail glue over the cut to make it stop bleeding, then he's doing the acrylic and pulls out white nail polish I didn't think anything of it until he starts doing random Christmas designs all over my nails and I'm just sitting there saying this is not what I wanted and bla bla but i mean they look kinda cute just a little to childish for a 21 year old....... This by far was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I am 40 years old and I have had my nails done starting in high school at 15 years old. In all my years of different nail salons that I have went to I never even had a experience of assault and harassment not to mention treated like a criminal. IF I CAN JUST SAY I STILL AM IN COMPLETE SHOCK! And after reading this you will be too I'm sure......... I was bought to the nail technician *JASON* (come to find out he is one of the owners.) During the service of doing my nails *Jason* yanked on both of my arms with extreme force, at least 4 times as well as Slamming both of my hands down and him telling me I was moving around too much. He did this with so much force that I have visible bruises on my wrists. Threw out the duration of *JASON* doing my nails he was extremely rude and it was apparent over the time that he was doing my nails he did not like me for some reason. when it came time to start The shaping and filing process part of doing my nails *JASON* filed the sides as well as my skin after telling him twice that he was slicing my skin and it hurt (there was even blood and cuts from him failing my fingers instead of the nail itself). I then slowly pulled both of my arms back and told *JASON* I would prefer to stop and go home and go ahead and pay him now and I would finish myself at home. Of course he was very rude he refused several times to take my money and treated me horribly for no reason. My stuff was grabbed by the receptionist and I was escorted out of the salon like a criminal. Still it's been a couple days and I am in shock and even had to go to the hospital because of my shoulder causing extreme pain due to a pulled muscle from him pulling on my arm with so much force. My advice is for no one ever ever to use their services it was no reason at all I should've been treated that way I did nothing wrong I in fact was nice and sweet the whole time even being assaulted like I was. read more

Amazing! I don't know the name of the nail tech who serviced me, but he was great. I showed him a reference photo and he went above and beyond on my nails and did better than the picture. I am greatly impressed with the service. Not only was he great but the other techs were phenomenal as well. They offer you drinks and snacks and are fully attentive. I will be back soon! read more

Three friends and I walked in, we were in town on vacation and wanted to get pedicures. They said sure no problem. Then they proceeded to make us wait over an hour and one person did all of our nails individually. If you don't have the staff, tell us no. It was completely ridiculous and a giant waste of half of our day. On top of that, the prices were higher than I have ever paid at a nail salon before. read more

Terrible, we called and made an Appointment for two Mannys and two patties it took them two hours to do one pedicure and they had not had a scheduled at the same time. It was my husbands b day. They did not even start his pedi till I was almost done. Then, I went to start my manicure and nobody attended to him again. I told the girl at the front that was behind the desk studying and she said oh, it will be 10 minutes. I got up and left. I remind you. I was spending 250 dollars, so if your looking to be treated well after spending $250 don't go here. Did not apologize. I spoke to the manager and he just said that's my problem. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Legacy Nail Bar. He got a 1 hr massage and I got the Opi Pedicure and Manicure. They were very thorough, the chairs were comfy and we were offered complimentary drinks! Would definitely go back if we are ever in town. read more

I had a very bad experience today, first I got my finger nails done . Well I had to pretty much argue with the guy I had to tell him what I wanted done to my nails for over 30 minutes. Then after he told me he knew what he was doing and was almost done, he stopped and moved on to someone else and another guy finished my nails. Both guys I was not happy with. When I got my toes done today I had a lady named Ruby. She did a great job . She was the only one that made any good out of this experience . Also, for no reason there prices went up so I wasn't happy about that either. read more

We knew going in for a couples pedi 45 minutes before close on a Sunday was iffy, but went ahead and gave it a shot and could not have been happier! We've both had MANY pedis in our lives but this one was hands-down the best one EVER! Kevin and Anna stayed way after closing to be sure we had an excellent experience. If there was a zero star I would give it! Went to have pedicure and was given a seventeen year old boy from Another country. I told him he was being too rough with my legs and feet. He said he didn't know what that meant. My ankles hurt now and it's been almost a week. I will never go back and I've been going there for nails mostly for three years. The 1st time I took my mom for her 1st ever pedicure and the guy was horrible. She doesn't want to ever have a pedicure again. The manager gave us a $10 off coupon so we decided to give them a 2nd chance but with a manicure. It was no better. The worse I have ever had. The man tore my nails up removing my poilish from before and then charged me for fixing it. Won't be giving them anymore chances. read more

Fashjon Nails was friendly. We were greeted right when we walked in. Everything was going well until they grabbed a little extra skin on my index finger and started bleeding. That's one thing I worry about when getting my nails done and it happened! Also, I got a design because the pictures on here looked so good that I wanted a design, too. However, it's not something I would get again if I come back. The design looks nothing similar to the picture I showed and it looks like they were rushing to get the design done. Maybe they can practice designs when there aren't any customers, but this definitely does not look professionally done. read more

My nail shellac is already chipping off. Shellac always lasts at least three weeks on my nails, this barely made it a week.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very patient to take care of my nails ( I usually come every two weeks, now I come every month). Especially, Anthony, he is so nice. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!!!! read more

Paid $55 for the worst gel pedicure I've ever received. The first guy working on it just sat and pondered on what to do next between steps. Finally after hurting me cutting my cuticles and looking clueless, I've asked him if he's done pedicures before. This was only the third pedicure he's ever done and hence he couldn't remember the steps. I told him to get someone else to it. The guy that ended up doing my pedicure was previously sitting in a chair nearby and playing video games. I understand needing to train people but then you need to supervise. This guy wasn't much better. They didn't ask before trying to shave my heels which I stopped him from doing before he could actually do it. The gel polish was applied so poorly that the bail beds flooded and cuticles were either trimmed too much or not enough. The polish is already chipping and peeling and that should never happen. I just got the pedi on Thursday. Honestly, if I didn't live in Florida and was just visiting I'd go back and ask for my money back. No drinks were offered to me either, but I had to ask for a coke. Will be reporting to the BBB. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I would give it no stars if that was an option. first of all, my massage chair was broken and no one seemed to care. second of all, they had little to no nail polish options. also, they talked constantly to each other in Vietnamese and ignored me and my requests. also, they cannot shape nails. mine are pointy and uneven. the water that my feet sat in was very cold and they seemed annoyed when I mentioned it. they also took forever. it took me 2 hours to get out of there and all I got was a pedicure. read more

fashjon Nails didn't make me feel welcome! I wasn't greeted when I walled in and the workers weren't currently with clients. They saw me, ignored me, and continued to talk among themselves. I gave them a good 5 minutes to at least say hello. At that point I walked out without being seen. I won't be back. read more
