They did not do what I asked them to do. They were making excuses. So the first time, they did what they thought was wrong. The next week, I called them again and they argued with my mom this time. They finally agreed to do the roto rooter job. They only cleaned it out part way. I will no longer do business with them. I had to call another company to do the job correctly. I lived in my house over 20 years, I should know when my sewer line needs rotorooted. It has backed up enough times to know.

We didn't know what to do or who to call for service. I saw a Mr Rooter truck and thought they only cleaned drains but after calling to our surprise they replace toilets, facets and the rest of anything plumbing. It was the best experience of any home improvements that we ever had made. The technician was Chris Parlett and his attention to detail, doing it right and explanation of things was amazing. We had a big enough job that we had to come back twice in which he choose to come back and work Saturday to complete the job and keep us very comfortable. It was so sad that the other plumbers had done such a bad job and did not return calls or texts. They had bad attitudes and were tough to talk with. Chris explained everything and the cost was less than the two private owned businesses in Ashland, Ohio. So disappointed in the services that Ashland small business offered. Chris helped us troubleshoot a bathroom leak, repaired a leak in a basement copper pipe, and most recently helped us redirect our dryer vent to a new location (in order to accommodate another project). Mr. Rooter has a good system of providing a call when the service person is leaving their last job and on their way to you. They also provide a link to an online map where you can track the service person's progress to you. We've been impressed with both our experiences and, while we hope not to need a plumber on a regular basis, they will certainly be our first call and we'd readily recommend them and him.
