Called several places for assistance with a no start because I had left ignition on by accident while I was working at a nearby facility. I didn't have cables with me and needed to be on road asap to my next client. I was right in town, and could hardly get any of the businesses that provide this service on the phone, let alone get them there in a timely manner. One wanted several hundred dollars (for jump start?)and couldn't give me a time, only said it would be "hours" . After I contacted Tow Bros via messaging service, they responded in less than two minutes. Quoted a very reasonable flat fee of $75 dollars. I agreed, was told the driver/operator would be there in 20 mins or so. Less than 5 minutes later he arrived, used portable power station and was done in less than one minute. Highly recommend these guys. They are super fast, super friendly and very fairly priced. They aren't out to rip you because you are in a jam and they have upper hand! Completely the opposite! I stupidly left my Prius' lights on while having dinner with friends. Of course there was a car parked next to me and I was in a super dark parking lot at 9:30 at night. I called roadside assistance and they said someone would be at my location in an hour. Tow Bros Bob and Tony were right on time. This was not a simple jump. Car was so dead the hatch wouldn't unlock to access the battery. I am not exactly sure what Bob did, but it had something to do with making a circuit so the car could have enough power to open the hatch. Pretty sure he burnt himself to do it. Both Bob and Tony were super nice and had a great sense of humor. Everything that could have gone wrong seems as if it did. Timely, helpful, and put it this way, Chavez was my driver, and he was happy, good spirited and tightened my battery cables better than O'Reilly's guys did, which eventually got my car started and I didn't need a tow after all, so I went to the ATM and topped him 20 for being a righteous dude, damn straight. My tow truck driver "Rob" went above and beyond to get me back on the road when I got a flat tire when travelling for work. My spare tire wouldn't come down, so he left to get more tools and came back like a superhero to get it done! I didn't have to be towed or try to find a hotel nearby for the night. I wasn't charged anything extra for the additional time it took. I heard him talk to his dispatcher on the radio who was encouraging and gave him the authority to do whatever would be the best solution. read more

Used via AAA Washington roadside assistance insurance for my elderly mom's car. Needed to be towed from Olympia to Puyallup, and never complained regarding the length of the tow, nor the traffic. Used flatbed truck; triple checking to be sure car was secured. Very professional, well-dressed young person working for them. Bob and Tony were great! Other tow companies turned down rescuing my truck from a cliff side. It was a dicey situation but Bob and Tony came out and rescued the truck. They were kind, respectful, and had a plan (and a back up plan) of how to get the truck back on the road.
