I have visited several times and selection at this location isn't the best- no outrageous finds here. Strangely enough, the nearest other World Mission Thrift store is MUCH better. It is my favorite thrift store for clothing in the Wyoming/ Grandville area! It is located on Burlingame just North of 28th St. This one has way more clothing on the floor and offers 2 colors of tags half off each day! Not sure why the location listed for this review does not do this, since they are both World Mission Thrift stores. That said, if you are looking for good clothing finds, drive down to the other location, as it is much better and you will find better deals if you look.

It is well organized but nowhere near as nice as the location in Comstock Park (which isn't on Yelp for some reason, but it's at west of Alpine & 4 Mile. They do have sales just like the others, not sure about daily but the last Tuesday of every month, everything is half off. This applies to the Comstock Park location as well; not sure about Burlingame. Books are VERY well organized, but if you're looking for a more current selection check out the CP location (again, sorry) -- it's set up like a bookstore and is amazing.

The store is pretty big, and was organized pretty well, especially based on some of these other reviews. I saw racks of bathing suits, tons of clothes, shoes, bags, kitchenware, household goods, etc. I didn't realize that you can get brand new items at this Goodwill (or maybe all Goodwill stores?) so we ended up buying a set of brand new shower curtain hooks, a reusable ice pack for a cooler, and a hanging rack for our entryway - all things we actually needed, and we only spent about $8 total. I guess I've been sleeping on Goodwill and I will be back in the future! They also have lots of books, some furniture, I even saw suitcases... really a little bit of everything.

Good place to find a treasure! There's a booth that's all vintage military (WWII, Vietnam) that is really cool (complete with vintage radio recordings playing). Booths on main floor are the best, the basement is okay, but not as good. If you go on a weekend, be prepared, the parking lot gets filled up. Maybe call ahead for advice on where to park if it's full. We went on a Saturday around 11-11:30 the last time we were there, and squeezed diagonally between two cars, making our own spot, and it was the last place. They may have other parking - worth a call to ask. Definitely worth a stop!

Constant chaos due to sloppy, inept management and a steady flow of new employees quitting without warning after only a few days on the job. The obese store manager here always seems to have only a tenuous grasp on her managerial responsibilities. Even worse, is the scrawny hag from corporate who has delusions of grandeur despite the fact that she spends most of her time doing the same grunt work and enduring the same drudgery as the regular low-paid drones. In fact, this crone's unrealistic superiority complex tempted me several times in passing, to viciously clothesline her. And just like her two other corporate counterparts, she's clownish and clueless. Add to that, the pay is barely over minimum wage, the benefits are laughable, and because SA is considered a religious entity, if you're let go or there's another scam-demic, you won't get unemployment benefits. So do yourself a favor. Unless you're a desperate low-life loser, give this slave-labor "opportunity" a pass.

The store looks tiny but has 2 additional floors of the most amazing antiques I could lay my eyes on. The service is amazing and being a pet friendly store made our life so much easier to get our pets to sit while we shopped around. We bought a lot of glassware, dishes and some antique cups that added such an aesthetic touch to our home. Most of the Antiques are between 50 and 100 years old nothing really of more modern times. The prices can be a hit or a miss depending on what you're looking at.
